Great for personal cloud storage and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The free storage. Dropbox also makes it easy to access the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Mets my needs directly.great product.

I need a secure place to store documents, but also need to easily access.

What do you like best about the product?
Easyness of uploading and sharing any document. Accesability from any device. Photo storage. Always working- never got any issues within 10 years of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos could be organized and arranged better. Not only based on uploading time, but also location, face recognition etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup and content sharing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't even have to think about managing my files. With Dropbox on my laptop, I just open/edit/save everything like "normal", without needing to think about creating copies, file location, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems impossible to upload it onto an old computer without it taking up too much space, even with the "smart download" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share a large folder with someone and they have instant access to all my files - it's fast and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to let other people add to. My family uses it all the time to share videos and it is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the options for cloud or local syncing very confusing. It's hard to know which to click and what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My family was trying to find a platform that we could all add videos to so my grandparents could see. The videos were too big to email or text so Dropbox provided a nice solution!!

Can store & share pictures very easily.User friendly, it's has lots of space store pictures. also

There is a charge to use it. I think if the price is reduced, it will get more customers.

Keeping my memories & personal collection & revisting it. Also, I am able to access it whenever I want &sharing it whenever I want.
Convenient file access, anytime and from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to access my important files while on the go via the Dropbox mobile application. There have been times I needed some proof of a key document and thanks to Dropbox I had it at the top of my fingers.

Sometimes on mobile the app loads slowly.

I can work on projects with my peers and save all my own important documents and files to access

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is such an essential part of my workflow in my business, and in my personal life. Not only for storing my files, but I also rely on the Passwords feature quite heavily.
It's easy to use, and allows me to quickly share files with others. Also, it's seamless integration with so many programs is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any downside to dropbox as far as I'm concerned. If I had to pick one thing, I wish it was less expensive.

Dropbox keeps my files securely, backed up, and allows me to easily and quickly share files with other people as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's sync across devices and computers is invaluable. Save a file on one, find it on another. Almost instantly! While this isn’t a unique feature, it's one that works without miss like other cloud storage systems we've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we dislike about Dropbox is that sometimes doesn't always recognize saving certain files via share apps. This isn’t Dropbox's fault, but poor third party implementations of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of having our files in the cloud and backing up offsite essential files.

I like that I can access my business from anywhere and that it stays organized!

At times it takes a while longer than I wish to load.

Dropbox frees up space on my business computer and allows me to save large files that are accessible from anywhere.
