Excellent product - couldn't work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I can access documents anywhere, from any device, and share woth colleagues and clients when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's a great product that I use very day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both as a backup for documents and as a way to share documents, and access from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to access my documents f anywhere. When changes are made it's automatically updated. The phone app is also user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, when k discovered Dropbox I was able to stop buying thumb drives. It's my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a business and have a very busy work life. It helps me to keep all things in one place. I am also able to save anything I need to keep and access later. I no longer have a thumb drive bag 😂 just need access to my drive. Which can be accessed online and offline. As well as auto updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I most appreciate that everything is accessible, no matter which device I am on, and that I can easily (and safely) share content with others and collaborate on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would enjoy the ability to color coordinate folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple devices that all need real-time access to content, Dropbox seamlessly keeps everything synced and makes collaboration easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I use DB for work, my personal and side hustle needs because in some way always sharing large photo (over 50-100mB) and videos (500mB to 4gB)

I wish you had a viewer for PSD and EPS files also a much better user experience to select specific folders to be local on MAC

Not really a Dropbox issue. Blocked by corporate IT. So have to use personal devices to transfer large files to work pc

Getting large files into work. It is otherwise hard to transfer videos and photos onto work PC

I appreciate our ability to share work across devices and between individuals

Challenges with large files filling Dropbox free accounts of infrequent users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the way Dropbox allows me to share files in the process of creation. I work with a diverse team whose physical locations are spread throughout our city. Dropbox allows us to work together despite not being together in one office. I also appreciate that, while our team members have Dropbox accounts, we can invite others to view particular folders without needing a full Dropbox account. I also value the fact that I can sign into my Dropbox account from any of my computers or devices and make adjustments to files as necessary. With Dropbox I always have my files with me.
Essential for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has helped me run my small business no matter where I happened to be. Whether at home, my office, or traveling, I had access to all my important files in their updated form. This really streamlined my processes and made me more efficient.
I use it daily and also collaborate with my content creators through Dropbox as well.
It has removed the fear of computer drive failure from my life. Since I started using Dropbox I have not lost files due to the inevitable breakdown of equipment. Every file is safe. It is so easy to install on my computer and upload my content when I have changed to new computers or new hard drives.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I could load Dropbox into multiple hard drives on my computer and have them automatically update. This would allow me to share the content load across multiple drives which makes it more practical for me as the terabyte volume of my content grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my content constantly backed up and available on whatever computer I am using. I always have the most recent files on hand.
Great for efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps me keep all my files at an arm's length. It's great for looking things up on the go, makes sending files super easy, and seeing old version of files when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I've been using it for years without complaint.

It is easy to use when you download the desktop application,

I don't like the download option. If you want to download a large batch of images, it starts as planned, but in the end, it gets bugged and you always have errors.
