Simple and secure
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and very secure. Everything where and when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works as intended. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with multiple users and doing so in an old school public drive setting that's in the cloud and secure
Amazing time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I can save files on my desktop or phone and access them on laptop and vice versa. It is an incredible time saver and the best part is that it does everything automatically behind the scenes

There are storage limits based on which plan you choose. I myself havent gone over the limit but am mindful that it is there

I can access it anywhere! I can have multiple folders and files to organize everything.

It's easy to get disorganized- operator issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has made it easy to store and share files across multiple devices. I can be on the go and still access my file
What do you dislike about the product?
For the desktop app, if on a shared computer, everyone can see your files. Maybe a password system can be put in place?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of using multiple devices to do work. It benefits me as i can move from device to device without losing my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send my files to Dropbox and share them to my clients and collaborators instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much I dislike about Dropbox, it does what I need to do and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to store and access all my sensitive files. The new features have allowed me to be able to do things with Dropbox I never would have imagined to help with my business like electronic signatures and I don't have to pay for another service for that.
All in all simply the best and most compatable online storage out there.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Dropbox is how feature rich it is. It is so flexible in use and also plans. Its ability to integrate & backup so many different websites and software packages makes it invalueable. Easy to use and software that can grow to you. Inital implementation and set up is very straight forward. I've not had need to contact customer service but given the set up of the software I think there will be a good level of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can really think to improve is a slightly clearer more detailed transfer information box so you can better know where you are in uploads and downloads and a more customiseable file storage set up (where you can have different folder types (including being able to have picture folders) and colours etc so it is easier to customise and know what your storage set up is.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up my personal and business information in a reliable and secure way and allowing connection and integration with many other software packages and websites.

Usability across platforms means that I can save and backup on any device. Over the years I have seen constant improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little I dislike about the system it works well for my needs.

Ability to share files and host a central save location for others to send me files securely

It is easy to use, and I can get to it on all of my devices.

The price is a little steep for the paid plan.

Ease of use. The easy app for my phone. Being able to edit documents from within dropbox.

I wish my pictures could be as easily found as they were when they were on my iPhone
