Good value for the money
What do you like best about the product?
Once you're in the document, it's easy to apply signatures, initials, etc. for the intended recipient. I like getting email notifications on when they open and sign the document digitally.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is some tracking as to the status, sometimes it's hard to see the status of documents that were previously sent out. Would be nice to have better reporting on # of opens, revisions, etc. Also would be nice to have email templates when sending your message to the document recipient so we don't have to start from scratch every time. Also, when requesting digital signatures, I cannot copy in other non-signees because it's in PDF format (it gives the option to do it, then it says it's not allowed because it's a PDF).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up sending/receiving contracts, not having to deal with paper. Easy to store PDF versions of fully executed documents and see a "digital paper trail" of its history.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of digital signature tools exist in the market today. HelloSign gets the job done at a reasonable price.

Nothing at all! I'm very happy with how easy it is!

I have not encountered any problems yet and I hope not to.

HelloSign is easy to use and straightforward. It does not need complicated setups.

It secures all contract signatures for our workplace and we have no doubt the work is being done correctly.
Easy to use for our volunteer agreement!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We send HelloSign volunteer agreements to all of our new volunteers and it's super easy. There's even a nonprofit discount. I recommend!

Haven't had any issues!! Super reliable.

I'm not having any problems. It's been easy to use for our volunteers around the world.

The ease of use and creating templates improves my ability to scale my digital business. Definitely enjoy how easy it is to set up.

I have yet to truly discover a downside thus far in my experience with the software.

I researched several similar options to HelloSign before landing on this one. It's super easy to use, very customizable, and creates a positive experience for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about HelloSign! It does a great job keeping me informed with who's filling out the forms I've connected to my website, and makes them easy to find later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign enables members to sign our waiver and fill out necessary information prior to coming to the gym. This speeds up their check-in process when they arrive for their first class, and helps us cover our bases from a legal perspective.

Sometimes it is hard to size the boxes to fit the source.

It is rather intuitive.
Great ability to send documents easily and the site recently updated to access templates easily.

Quickness of the documents sent. Started templates help with ease of sending. Follow up emails are helpful

I like that I can upload my own contract or use the template on hellosign. This gives me the ability to have my logo and make my contracts look the most professional. It is also very easy to plug in signatures and dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, I would love it to be free. I would also like to be able to be able to send it to more than one person without having to have more than one person sign it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can look professional when sending out contracts for my small business without having to pay a lot for other contract systems. It is also easy to use. I struggle with technology so ease of use is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and convenience of getting documents signed by my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in commercial financing and it makes my work easier and I'm able to get better looking documents returned vs. someone scribbling out forms and returning pictures of the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using Hello Sign. It gets the job done with a reasonable cost.
