Very happy using Dropbox for 10 years
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for the past 10 years and I love that I can keep all my stuff in one place and access it seamlessly from any device. I can also create folders and share them with people as needed. For example, I created a folder with all our wedding photos and shared that everyone took on their phones and shared it with all the guests!
I have never had issues in all this time and I use it daily, no loss of files, no down time. Great service and I will continue to use it!

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike except for the fact that not many people are familiar with it. Fortunately it's easy to implement using it.

Long Time Dropbox User
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years now. I have tried other storage solutions, but have found Dropbox to be the best. I can find all my files in one place including everything from family photos to business documents. My files can be easily organized and searched for in no time. I have also found Dropbox to be the easiest to use when it comes to uploading and downloading files whether I'm on my phone or PC. I have found Dropbox to be compatible with other services I use. Dropbox also has reasonably priced plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downfalls with using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is keeping my files secure in one place where I can easily find what I'm looking for at a moments notice.
One stop solution for backup and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Couple of things that make Dropbox our preferred choice are, ease of use and rock solid reliability. Never faced any issues with the product/service so far. Documents/File sharing is easiest at Dropbox. One more important aspect that works for us is the integration it provides with our solutions providers. Dropbox also works as a website backup tool which enables us to take incremental backups of our websites automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smallest/cheapest plan offers 2TB storage at $9.99 /month. I think Dropbox should add more affordable plans, maybe something in the range of $ 50 yearly. This will attract more users in startups/developing nations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and colloboration is at best with Dropbox. Offering a seamless backup option for automated website backup is a huge plus.
Business uses
What do you like best about the product?
It backups my photos and I can have all my business documents in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you share photos with others and they don't have enough room to review the photos, even though I pay for the space.

Able to have all documents in one area.
Best cloud service
What do you like best about the product?
The only system that always works and you have plenty of options to work together with your team. I love the share options, which makes our life easier. When we have a question, their customer service is the best to answer it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we dislike about Dropbox. Much better than other cloud service companies.

Sharing projects and keep all of our company files save and synced.
Many years of flawless experience
What do you like best about the product?
Cross platform working all the time without any hassle. Link sharing with other people not having a dropbox account is great - just right click a file and share the link.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to use it for photos as the application does not allow you to search within specific folder when you search for a picture so if you have a ton of screenshots they mix a lot with your photos.

Easy to use, easy to access, and it feels secure.

Super easy to share between all my personal machines.

Nothing, everything is good. I have found it easy to migrate between platforms, PC to MAC as an example.

I have multiple machines that i like to share web graphicsa dn other graphics between. Dropbox solves this without any headaches. I only use web page access.

What do you like best about the product?
This service is great for sharing files. I use this everyday and it's easy to integrate into my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No disappointments so far. The service supports my music files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup up my music files is so easy and it eliminates having multiple hard drives.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me the extra space my device may not have. It also allows my creative team a means of getting me content a lot faster than normal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spacing can often be an issue. I'd like to at least be able to use the platform and not run out of space so soon.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox on a daily basis for over 10 years. It has become a indispensable part of my digital toolkit. I find the Dropbox to be very user-friendly, easy to install, and never had issues navigating the user interface. Dropbox's ability to integrate with different operating systems and automatically sync across multiple devices is also top-notch, enabling me to seamlessly switch between my devices (laptop, smartphone, desktop, tablet etc). Dropbox's cybersecurity features are also excellent as the the two-factor authentication does another layer of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more visible shortcomings of Dropbox is the storage limitations on its free plan, which has not changed in the past decade. It is not surprising that users on the free tier would reach the limit relatively quickly - hence it would be great if the free tier could offer slightly more space to bring the tier offering closer to that of its industry peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With its automatic sync function, Dropbox has helped me eliminate the need for sending over multiple versions of the same file. This helps to negate the confusion (over different file versions) that often arises during collaborative projects.
