Dropbox is a very simple yet powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy for you to share files, edit files, preview files in an easy and secure way. Year after year they keep on adding new features that never cease to surprise. One of my favorite features was when they introduced that files stay on the cloud and no longer taking space in your computer. That was life changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much the only thing I would pick on is the price. The price increases are always bothersome, yet I always find myself using the service for personal and work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With just a link or email, I can share files. Also keep them stored for future use and review.
User friendly and sync space saver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync different folders to different devices but if needed access online.

Security concerns from corporate partners

Ability to hold all photos and personal docs in a single secure online space synced across multiple platforms

It stores all files my boss and i need for our architectural designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to figure out wich dropbox belonged to my boss and which dropbox was mine on the main screen of my internet and on my desktop is a little confusing, simply because you can add drop box on so many different apps. It is something for me to get use to, but definitely is NOT A FLAW, it is something I am going to have to get use too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store all my different type of files all in one place.
Concerned about the AI training issue.
What do you like best about the product?
It's always been fantastically intuitive to use, with lovely clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many really, I maybe find the mechanisms to create a link to shared file somewhat inconsistent but it's hardly disastrous. But currently I am very concerned about the idea that Dropbox is sharing information for AI training - apparently not in UK/EU, but even so it seems deeply disturbing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the quickest, slickest, easiest way to share music and video content that I either am sent to review or collaborate on, or have created myself for publisehrs.
More pricing storage options would be great
What do you like best about the product?
The IOS apps work really well, much better than competitors such as Google Drive. Sync speeds seem much metter and making folders offline on IOS apps is a huge positive (Google Drive doesn't support this as far as I can tell).
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of smaller 100gb/250gb storage options. 2TB is just too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Music production collaboration (Apple Logic Pro).
I like the transfer and share link functions
What do you like best about the product?
Transfer function and share link functions are good channels to share files with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some software, like Inkscape, can't save files directly in DropBox folder with pausing the synchronization.

Access to all my files across all devices, auto backup of photos taken with phone (seamless workflow), access to Dropbox files on Office

Price of the subscription has been creeping up massively.

Seamless access to files and folders from laptop, iPhone and iPad

The fact I have it on all my devices and can keep filed immediately accessible

The way it was quite hard to get rid of everything when I took it off my old laptop

I once lost a lot of data due to a old plug in ssd failing and this almost caused me irreparable issues.
I was lucky and got most of it back but I never want to face that again.

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with almost all applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. This application is perfect.

Back up, I do not have to worry about backing up my files.

My online class requires us to upload documents and only Drop Box will work !

I wish I could merge all my documents onto Dropbox so I could get rid of all the other apps and just use Dropbox
