Completely reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works. Unlike Onedrive it doesn't stall, log itself out, crash, or otherwise mess about. It's 100% reliable, and while it's a little bit annoying it moved to using Apple's stupid new file arrangements, it still works all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox doesn't have the live collaboration features that you get with OneDrive. You can't have two or three people working on the same office document at the same time with the changes showing live.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows easy syncronisation of files across devices, and enables my office server to run a backup even when I'm on the road.
Way more user friendly than Google Drive!!!

File location is a little hard for me to use for some reason.

File storage for large music projects. iCloud is confusing.

Dropbox always gives us 2 GB of Free Space. It's good for us small businesses.

I think if Dropbox gives 5 GB of Free Space. It's for good.

Recent updates on the iPhone App no longer cover the live photo image format to mov video

I like the reliablility and trust in the company that they'll ensure our files are safe at all time.

The price, it's a bit more expensive compared to other options.

It's excellent for wordpress website backups (Using updraft). I know that I can recover any website if issues happen. I've also connected phone backups to automatically sync with my Dropbox account so I dont need to worry about files being deleted from my phone.
The best App for saving & signing documents
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always been my favorite for storing documents. It links to all of my Apps and is easy to use. Recently, I've also been using it to sign documents and ask clients for their signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where Google Drive gives you 15 GB of free storage before you have to pay, Dropbox only gives you 2 GB. It should be more.

Easily ask clients for their information and signature, share documents publicly

Fast synchronization of files across all devices. Easy access to any file using the search function. Large storage.

Even larger storage would be useful. Other than this all is great!
