Affordable and Reliable Solution for Signing Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the most how easy it is to send documents to many people and then follow up on them. The seamless user interface helps me navigate between more than 20 documents at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that a document is not editable, and I have to go and create a new one if I made a tiny mistake on the first version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 3 different parties signing the same contract at different stages, Hello Sign has helped me be more productive in this process and handle everything online.

Game Changer for Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
I've really been enjoying using HelloSign for e-signing documents. It takes the stress out of printing, signing, and scanning documents, and is such a relief, especially when you have multiple signers involved. It's seamless and only takes a few minutes to get your doc uploaded and sent for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is the number of emails HelloSign sends regarding a document. It's nice to have a reminder or two, but daily reminders have been a bit of an annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more having to rely on another party to print, sign, and upload your document, so it's a big time-saver for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used this tool for all doc that needs to be signed, and it works great. Fast and easy way to share with ppl. I can tell when a document has been viewed and can remind ppl to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen a few times that ppl view the doc and believe they have signed it... not sure if this is a user default or something that is confusing on HelloSign page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need something to be signed very quickly. It's easy to make your templates here and just use them from here as you go.
Unlimited documents!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that you have unlimited documents you can have clients to sign. It is very user friendly, and our clients have found it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike. In the year we had this service, we had no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the times we are living in which people are fearful of in-person contact, signing documents from the comfort of their homes, cellphones, or any device it is the perfect solution.

Very intuitive platform. Everyone on the team can use it.

There's nothing I dislike, I find it an excellent product

We work on a geographically distributed team and relying on HelloSign has solved the issue of not working on the same office
Very good signature service at a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use without too many complicated features. My clients also never have problems with it, which sometimes they have with even the most basic of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I dislike, I wish I could send people a link to sign if I don't have their e-mail, but I realize that may make things less secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am collecting signatures from my clients faster than before and with less hassle for both me and them, which is great. I wish the service was more well known because when I explain it, I have to tell them, it is "like Docusign."

I would recommend it to almost anyone who needs to collect signatures.
Simple, Quick, Effective
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use, anyone can use hellosign and will be able to understand the function,
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no option to edit and resend documents again

sending out tax returns via hellosign for client approval. this saves us a lot of time instead of sending paper forms to clients
HelloSign for the Win
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign has helped with our business organization tremendously. I especially love the reminder features so we can stay proactive on getting a signature on the necessary forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be clunky to learn but it's not hard. We have a certificate of satisfaction that requires a number rating between 1-10 and there is no "check box" feature that allows them to select which number they need so we put in a texbox for the whole row instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The forms that we need signed protect us from non-payment and most people don't have a home printer/scanner so this allows us to get our necessary documents fast, which allows our jobs to begin faster too.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is extremely straightforward and user-friendly. I understood how to use the system with little to no guidance. Super useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The set signing order is sometimes so small that I almost miss it. The signing order is essential for the work, but in general, no dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting offers approved and sent to candidates at the same time. Huge time saver and beneficial for today's no printing world!
Very simple & decent signature website.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the UI is and how easy it is to add signature fields to documents and the signature process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that it can sometimes be laggy when you are sending multiple documents at a time, in my role some times I have to send 10+ documents at a time and HelloSign will either not work or will not send to the signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I know of, and benefits include getting documents out to employees and candidates in a timely manner.
