Very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and easy to upload things. I use it to give photos to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interface doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but I think they're working on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to give people links to their albums. It's a recognizable name and people are familiar with it.
Great for data backup, transfer, and sharing.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very useful for backing up important files, and unlike some cloud backup solutions, those files can stay on my machine, and I can use them just like any other file, and the cloud backup is automatically updated as soon as any changes are made. Additionally, if I use another machine which is connected to my dropbox, those files are automatically updated, and I can continue working with those files without ever having to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually using Dropbox is pretty seamless, but sometimes there are hiccups. For example, if I move a folder to my Dropbox directory, and then I want to quickly rename it, that can be an issue. If I try to rename it before it is done uploading, sometimes it will not allow me to, so I must wait, or sometimes, it will allow me to rename, but it will also keep what's already been uploaded with the previous name, so I end up with duplicate data, and need to delete. That is just one example, but these hiccups are pretty infrequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me work with files across multiple machines without ever having to think about keeping those files updated, or moving them from machine to machine. It also keeps those files safe.

nothing for the moment. i didnt have any issue with dropbox

Dependable, it just works
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is incredibly helpful that it works consistently whether you're on your phone scanning a document or on your desktop uploading a video and then converting it super quickly into a different format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally use digital signatures but I know a limited amount is included depending on your tier.

Backups and version control. File archiving.

Dropbox, I love your integration into windows and mac os. I have both devices and it's a pleasure to work with all my files on both. And I appreciate your support to Ukraine at the start of russia's full-scale envasion.

Actually there is one thing. Why does timestamp commenting on videos is only available to advanced subscription? I can't understand this policy but ok.

Google drive versus Dropbox versus the third option
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Dropbox and the ability to share large files with other people
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for space keeps growing and the cost just keep going up. I also have Google drive because it's cheaper to have both of your first tier options than upgrade to the next increment

I can share large video files with other people

I use it every day to save all my recordings and quickly send a link to my clients

Sometimes clients sharing a folder get out of space and ask me to send all the files in bulk

Sharing audio files and keeping them all well organized in a group of folders
Dropbox has been my longest running and absolute best storage service yet!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox, I feel, is an extremely productive and useful storage app to have because of it's security and reliability when it comes to securely backing up and storing all of your files and photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't think that there are many downsides about using Dropbox. The only exception would be the cost, however, when you take into account the wide array of features and services that you get with the premium plan it pretty much makes it well worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes the process of storing large quantities of files and photos in the cloud a rather simple and streamlined process versus other cloud storage applications. Simplicity is key when dealing with a multitude of data storage!
It's a great real-time sharing platform, be it between you and a client or yourself and family

It's real time sharing, once is it syncronised you have instant access to it.

Sync time may be long but I think that says more about the service provider than anything else
