Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to go about my daily routine of taking plenty of pictures and never have to worry about them as the camera upload feature works on its own in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey. It doesn't come cheap at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to share and collaborate with others seamlessly.
We at the South Jersey Writers Group use Dropbox to share writing samples for critiques.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, and we can not only read each other's work but also share all the critiques completed by every member for each narrative.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while to download a narrative that has been submitted to Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It feels to me that Dropbox has become more user-friendly--it's either that or I've become more proficient at using it.
Excellent - much more useful than icloud drive

I guess the cost is quite high, which is a shame.

The search function can be more powerful (e.g. seaching the context within the document stored instead of the title)

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is when computer is set the same (root folders, user name folder etc.) you can use multiple devices (both Mac and Win) to work with all your files.
Great think is also: encrypted backuping to cloud, sharing files with sending links; search in contect of files as well (both text and image files).
I use Dropbox daily on two Mac devices and is great to have ability to access all my files on iPhone and IPad as well.
Instalation is easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sync Now tool do not work in all cases. New location to Mac sandbox been a nightmare, I have to find out how to ensure instant and automatical sync - the solution was not mention on costumer support page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having instant access to files on more computers - I use in on two mac devices - and I am switing between them. Also good is cloud backup.
Great platform but minimal support

Ordinary Support - I have asked for months now how to integrate two email address Accounts that I have - one is out of data and the other has heaps of data I pay for but you have no idea how to consolidate them.

Convenient features like sharing and file requests. Online only mode allows me to use my Mac without worrying about disk space

Interaction with Time Machine backups could be better. Also online only mode doesn't work too well with camera uploads in my experience

Allows me to build and manage training datasets for a new AI product
Easy file management with useful Notifications and helpful collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with macOS and iOS alongside useful notifications makes managing files very easy. The ability to view the history of files and the history comments, is another useful feature. Also to select which file to sync inside the folder path is particular useful. The customer support is very helpful and prompt. The synchronisation is very quick and accurate and this constantly frequently used. setting up and dropbox on a new operating system is very easily to implement an install.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't appear a way to tag files that synchronise to an operating system for example in macOS tagging files with the specific label does not sync to dropbox. That would be a great option. Also the application size does consume quite a lot of memory.

Ability to manage documents effectively and collaborate them.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick, accurate, reliable - all I needed from such extensive space in the Cloud.

Honestly, I don't see any problem with Dropbox

Extremely intuitive storage & sharing utility
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use - on a Windows computer, it looks and behaves exactly like the Windows File Explorer so it's instant familiarity for a new user.
It's also tremendously easy to install and setup on Windows and mobile (I use Android), and syncing between devices is seamless.
My main use case with Dropbox is storage and sharing - it's both a backup for important files as well as a place for me to share between my own devices as well as with others.
It's effectively a parallel utility to storage on my computer, and I use Dropbox several times every week to access and/or share files.
It's also tremendously easy to install and setup on Windows and mobile (I use Android), and syncing between devices is seamless.

There's nothing to dislike - I haven't had a single negative experience over several years of usage.
