Business Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so easy to use, both for the business owner and client. It has allowed me to protect my business in an easy onboarding way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to integrate HelloSign into my CRM. I am switching to Dubsado and that has its own contract signature process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a service-based business, legal agreements are essential before services are provided. This has saved me thousands in legal risk and is so easy to implement.

HelloSign makes signing and sending documents incredibly easy
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is extremely easy to use. The interface is intuitive and easy to follow. In light of this, the software makes it very simple to send and get signatures on all manner of documents, including contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There used to be a feature where you had to include a signature or other interactive element to send documents, which could slow down using the service to send things securely. However, this has since been removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to send employment contracts to new hires digitally during the pandemic, ensuring our mutual safety. Furthermore, it makes getting signatures on contracts much easier and faster than before, cutting down on the time I have to spend on things like that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love getting an alert for when clients view the photo agreements I send via HelloSign. It takes out the guesswork on whether it reached them okay vs. when I email them directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything. It's so easy and simply and not too fancy. Humble but mighty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The guesswork of whether the agreements have been sent properly. I love that I get a notification when clients so much as open the documents. It saves me the trouble of following up with them to see if it got filed to spam.
Great program for getting documents signed quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send to individuals to sign a document quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documents, when scanned, are turned sideways. I am unable to rotate the, which causes me to use another program for the few documents that are that way. Would love to be able to rotate them in HelloSign once scanned.
If someone is not an "admin", they are unable to pull up documents I sent when they need an e-mail address changed, etc. I had to add them as another "admin" so they could do this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using Hello Sign, our leases are getting signed within minutes, instead of days or weeks it took when we had individuals sign a hard copy. So that has improved our processing tremendously.

I would like the ability to store more templates on a default business subscription

If you are looking for something very simple to use that will help increase sales, move away from PDFs and Documents and choose HelloSign

What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign's business model makes sense to me and I found it more suitable for my business compare to other e-signature tools.

Sometimes it's hard to find a specific functionality within Hellosign and I believe there are some rooms to improve the user experience.

HelloSign is easy to use. Created signature blocks is simple.

the moat created by DocuSigns dominant position causes problems sometimes with people saying "can you send via docusign? that's where all our docs are"

e-signature. it's faster and easier than chasing down sigs!

Easy to use
Very easy to use e-document signing software with intuitive UI and UX
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in the user flow. The application is probably one of the easiest to use e-signing software that is out in the market. It also has a very good signage tracking feature that allows you to see what signature is outstanding and also provides reminders to the signatories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the size of the boxes should be more flexible (esp the height) as there are case where the signatures or word inputs will spill over to the printed sentences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My pain point is getting agreements signed between parties who are remote. The ability to sign legally binding contracts, track the status of the signatures, and also design input/signature boxes is essential for this purpose
