Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
That i am able to access my files whenever and where ever. My managers who i report to are able to review and make decisions in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could be able to link a file on my laptop that is linked to dropbox that will auto back up every time i place something on that file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving paper, saving time and most of all saving the planet. no more printing papers or waiting for documents to be physically signed, everything is on the cloud where it is safe and cant be lost.

It is so convenient to have access to personal and shared files on multiple devices. It is very easy to use and I find myself utilizing the application on a daily basis.

I have not found anything that I do not like as Dropbox meets all of my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to save anything you want be it music or documents away from the storage on your phone is priceless and the guarantee that they will be secure is priceless! It's the ease of use and simplicity for me.

I am yet to find a downside, and I hope I don't! For now it works just fine for me and all that I need it to do.

I use Dropbox a lot, especially for shared folders with my accountant (etc). I have the feeling that there are a lot of functions I don't know about but generally I'm happy with it.

Not much downside really. I dislike how backing up my computer in Dropbox fills the folder with random files.

It is available on all my diverse platforms and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is at least double the competitors and geared for business users. Some people, like myself, look for value as we cannot afford the very high price for larger storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing data between devices. I read a lot of ebooks and am able to use Dropbox to keep better track of my books between devices. For photography, particularly while traveling, it permits me to store raw photos and videos (limited to storage) for use later in processing once a trip has ended. I have free unlimited photo storage on Amazon but it is a very poor substitute for work process. I also have had issues with Google and Amazon with losing valuable files so end up needing a safe external storage. Dropbox has never lost a file.

I love how easy it is to manage the different folders and storage for my files. Also, whether I'm using the app or the website, it works smoothly and easily.

My only complaint is the price. I wish it was slightly more affordable.
