The Original, Still The Best
What do you like best about the product?
The amount if storage and availability of having folders and files accessible offline.
Also, the ease of integration with lots of other services that allow you to use Dropas a backup file destination. This service is highly underrated.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that your files are stored on a local machine as opposed to true cloud storage.
And the cost to storage ratio is a bit high in my opinion.

Allows.me to save backups of websites and other mission critical files easily, quickly, and automatically.

not integrated into emails like gmail and outlook.
and its not easy to setup into emails and other services

file sharing personal documents are great
but for business profile use its not because i have to create a seperate account and the agents and inegrations dont have multi profiles

Dropbox, one of the easiest and most reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use & secure. Even if using the free version you get a fair amount of space. I've never had any security issues in over 10 years of use. Files are easily stored and shared with those who don't use Dropbox and accessible even if you don't have an account. Dropbox works seemlessly between computer and other devices via their apps. It's a no brainer. Nothing else compares to their services if we are talking online storing and sharing for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription prices are getting high as they as different levels of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing documents, photos and videos in a way that makes everything easily accessible for anyone needing access to files.
It is very reliable, accessable, and time consuming.

Back up snyc is very fast, esayliy conncet and share PC to PC, PC to Mobile, & Mobile to Mobile

The free storage memory is very short and limited

Dropbox is very sensible, easy to use and absolutely necessary.

A Professional Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes sending files to clients easy and it looks extremely professional, because of the customization that can be done for the clients end (our logo on the top, etc). I use Dropbox on a daily basis and is one of my number one tools. I also love how easy it is to integrate Dropbox files into my Wix site and the many apps that can feed into it. It's is also extremely easy to upload files with a basic drag and drop. Implementing it into my workflow was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about Dropbox. The only thing would be for clients to be able to download photos and video onto their phone without the need of an app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the cleanest way I have found to share files with clients, and to also allow them to send me feedback on the work we've created for them, truly cleaning and speeding up our workflow.

I have backed up all my files to Dropbox.
That way I can delete the files off my computer and free up space. My files are ready for use as I need them.

I haven't had any problems using Dropbox ( knock wood). I've have been using it for years.

As previously mentioned, it allows me to free up space on my computer. Always a plus!!

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy to get started and to sync files across devices and with other users. The interface is clean, intuitive, and unobtrusive. The folder metaphor makes working with your cloud-hosted files similar to working locally.
Easy API integration helps other apps build on Dropbox's foundations. This ecosystem expands the functionality and reach of the service.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to sync only some folders to some devices is great for storage management. But setting up and managing selective sync as needs change can be a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Dropbox extensively when working with remote teammates and clients, sending large files, getting feedback on documents, etc. It takes away all the hassle of attachments and email size limits. Sharing files straight from my Dropbox has sped up many collaborative efforts greatly.
