A app that continuously protect you from data loss
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Dropbox since july 2021 to backup our organisations data. We simply installed the application and selected the folder we need to sync it and this app is synchronising on real time basis. It even stores a version history of previously saved documents if you have made any changes. We can use the data to multiple PC as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop application is doing great work. No dislikes currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Dropbox to sync our data on real time basis. It automatically takes the backup of the data to protect us from any data loss and it also allows to sync it on multiple PC on real time basis. We are sharing data within our team and it sync on realtime basis and even let us know that someone is using the file. We have been using their services more than 2 years now, overall really satisfied with the application
Perfect product for sharing files between devices
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use cloud sharing. I love the security, the speed of transferring files from device to device. The ease of data management. The fact that it is fully usable for my needs even using the basic mode. Easy to download and use on multiple devices which means it integrates seamlessly into my daily work flow. I use Dropbox multiple times per to week to share files across devices and social media platforms. Very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is for me is the limited space and instillation on devices on the basic plan, though I know that I can upgrade at any time to solve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving files between different devices. means that i don't have to load things onto USBs and can easily move files from my computer to phone for social media upload.

Cannot change how long before the link expires. Wish I could say okay this one will expire in 24 hrs but it's Friday so this one will expire in a month

Being able to share private documents with time limits

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access drop box from basically any device, giving me easy access to uni assignments, CV, and my photos. Also, I love that you can set up your phone to automatically backup photos to drop box. Saves having to pay for another storage plan membership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily upload documents to the cloud, and share them with others, or access them when I need them from my phone or different work PCs.

Backing up my files and accessing them easily anywhere.
Reliable storage option ; no coordinate with my MAC filing tags.

It is a reliable storage option for large and small files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to coordinate with the filing tags in my MAC, necessitating two searches for a file , one under the tag and another in dropbox

Dropbox is really easy to use and is compatible with most other programs, so I am able to link my folders and make it even easier to tackle tasks without jumping between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Dropbox but would be nice if there was better options to customize your landing page.

Backup, sharing, collaboration, requesting documentation from clients...

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing I like about Dropbox is that it's synchronizing function is so efficient and flawless.
It's makes a team work so smooth and easy to access.
I also like the range of services it offers to share a particular file through different applications.

There is nothing as such. I just love it.

Teamwork and file keeping.

Sharing large files is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as convenient fir me as my Google Drive. It's another password and sign-in, and less popular than Google Drive.

It doesn't gelp us much. All our work is on Google.
