Dropbox: Efficient and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accessible Dropbox is! I primarily use the application on my iPhone but I also regularly access Dropbox on my desktop when I want to deal with moving larger amounts of files to and from within my folders. I find it easy to save, locate and share files with others. I love that I can access files "offline" and I have my "favorites" so I can access certain files quickly. Dropbox helps keep so many things at reach with the touch of a button. I love that I can sync folders from my iPhone to backup automatically to Dropbox as well! This has been a major benefit for me where I can tap into extra storage space outside of iCloud. I always recommend Dropbox to people to use! I use it almost everyday. Especially if I'm emailing and attaching documents. It was really ease to download and set up on my phone, desktop, and iPad. It integrates well with other apps on my phone - again my primary mode of use. So many apps allow me to save directly to Dropbox which is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I dislike anything. I haven't come across any feature I don't like. Sure, I'd love to pay less (who wouldn't haha!) but it's worth it for the constant access to my files on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a personal user, so the biggest one for me is ease of access to all of my personal documents and photos etc. I have old school files saved that
I can use for reference, scholarship docs etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files can seem like a tedious process, especially if the files are large or might change. With Dropbox, sharing is simplified.
Excellent Team Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share links without the requirement for logging in and through a platform separate from Google is incredibly helpful when working in multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface is a little clunky sometimes, but generally, it's nothing big enough to change my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work primarily with clients helping them collaborate and put together large grant applications. It helps to have one place for the various parties to upload required documents.
Top Notch.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe I've been a Dropbox customer for nearly ten years, and I enjoy it. Initially, I used to use it just for my personal affairs, and I had a free account. Once I started my business, I decided to upgrade it to premium, and it's been a great experience. It makes it a lot easier to share documents and projects with my collaborators. I use Dropbox every day and have it installed on many of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really had any serious negative experiences with Dropbox. When I have questions, Dropbox's FAQ and support team have helped me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my business, I use it especially to organize all my work projects, and clients' work, and also use the cloud to share documents and collaborate with company's collaborators.
Customer of over 6 years
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of storage I get for a reasonable price. I never have to worry about saving too many photos or documents. I back up all iCloud files here. I use DropBox everyday in personal and professional life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly clunky and slow when moving larger files and items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing up space on my computer so I don't need to access an external hard drive
A true life saver
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to save all my files to the cloud is a game changer. And being able to quickly request files from clients and partner is awesome as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the greatest file sharing, but I am a bit of a control freak anyway.

Backup and file protection has saved my butt a number of times
One of the best online productivity tools ever
What do you like best about the product?
I can share specific files with people inside or outside of my org (we don't have to have the same email provider), plus there is a desktop download option that allows Dropbox to be another file folder on my computer for easy dragging and dropping of files right to the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Dropbox. I've used it for years and it is my preferred online file sharing and storage platform.

All our staff work remotely so online file sharing is a necessity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a small interior design firm and am constantly sharing drawings with architects, subcontractors as well as clients.
Does what it needs to do
What do you like best about the product?
The steps to generate links to share files and folders is easier than what I've found on GOogle Drive
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the storage space was larger- I've found myself having to delete old files and folders quite often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is a standard file-sharing service used by most businesses, and thus they are familiar with it
Flexible and reliable backup
What do you like best about the product?
There's very easy co-ordination between devices, and also the ability to limit what is synced on one particular device.
I use Dropbox instead of the My Documents folder on my desktop. When I built a new desktop in June, the files from the old computer were almost immediately accessible. This was not the case when I used Microsoft's One Drive. I also have Surface Duo Go 3, which is a Microsoft tablet which does not have a lot of storage. All I need access to on the Go 3 is my digital books, my PDFs, and I can limit the Dropbox program on that tablet to store just that. Trying to do this on One Drive made a mess.

What do you dislike about the product?
It costs more than I would like to pay and I would like more room for the money
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would solve certain problems at work if I could convice my Boomer boss to actually pay for and use it
