Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
On all my computers and syncs easily. I use the on computer version and so I can search files using Windows. Files and folders are easy to share and I don't worry about losing files in hardward failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have not had any issues using dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No matter which computer I am at, I have my files.

What do you like best about the product?
The user controls are easy to navigate and even yhe storage space is adquate enough for me.

The subscription fees are very high if we want to upgrade to anothe rfile.

A fundamental part of any business
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes organizing and sharing photos, files, etc very easy and quick. Dropbox offers applications which are easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox sometimes has issues with certain photo/video formats, which make the uploading process slow and tedious. I have found that photos downloaded through Google voice on a Windows based PC do not tend to upload well to Dropbox

Dropbox allows our business to share photos and videos which we utilize as a fundamental part of our daily operations.
Dropbox Seamless and Easy Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provide an seamless feature to do a collaboration with my college. With dropbox, we can edit in in a real time and we can trace file history. Dropbox also provide with additional application support such as online microsoft offie that most useful for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I think dropbox price is too expensive with all features provided. Hopefully they can lower the subsscription price. A cheaper option with less capacity is okay for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually work in team. By using dropbox our team can easily edit the file and not worring much of file changes since we can trace and recover files that already edited. Dropbox boost our productivity as a team
Streamline workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to work on my document from any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve in navigating the new feaures on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me keep all my documents synced. And transcribing of video/audio saves me a lot time in my content creation process.
Decent storage option with issues.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organize various kinds of data; it feels fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no idea that it was using space on my computer and I am still not sure how to use it so that it stores things OFF of my computer. That is why I paid for this, to give me storage off of my computer. :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am needig to store videos and give users easy access to them. It feels secure and easy for them to access via the links.
Save space and time
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows storing files in the cloud and accessing multiple devices anytime. The main feature I like about it is that synchronizes files simultaneously with my devices, which saves time and space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. There are many competitive cloud storage out there and the price is pretty high compared to other competitors. They often offer free over 10GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility and easy-to-use features are the key solution, but I would see more AI techniques that adopted.

Consistency - I always know what I can trust about it

I wish I could remain connected on more devices on the free plan
