HelloSign Keeps It Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a HelloSign user for years and have always appreciated the simplicity and trackability. They don't overcomplicate the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many complaints. It is solid and affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy signing means contracts get signed quickly. Love seeing when someone has 'viewed' my contract.

A great investment!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign took my sales process out of the dark ages! It has streamlined my process 100%!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish that I had known about it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all! The benefit is a much more efficient sales process!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for one day and you'll want to use it daily!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an unlimited amount of envelopes you send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to send one document to multiple email addresses at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have allowed us to streamline some of our internal processes. They have made us more organized because of this.
Great for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HelloSign is that it is very user-friendly, the price is so reasonable, and for someone like me with a small business, it is helpful to track and receive contracts back electronically in our remote environment these days. I appreciate the tool very much!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more access to live helpers, but I can't complain overall.

We are getting commitments from clients quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so easy to use. We use it to get all our contracts signed by new interns, contractors, employees, etc. and having our templates already uploaded make it fast and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any issues yet, but I'll be sure to reach out to support if I do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been so much easier to get contracts with remote interns and contractors taken care. Emailing things back and forth is inefficient and time consuming.
Works great 97% of the time!

Very easy, even for the clients who are not technologically savvy, to complete, secure, and easy enough to modify.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better way to leave instructions for specific fields -we often have to have clients redo the doc because they failed to put the correct information in the right place.

HelloSign gives us a simple, straightforward way to produce legally binding contracts quickly without compromising business or client security, nor by requiring customers to have to be physically present.
User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is easy to use whether you are tech savvy or not. It is easy to walk clients through the process and is simple and quick to both send and sign documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is only usable on specific internet programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used HelloSign prior to COVID hitting, however since working more remotely/not as many in-person appointments, HelloSign has kept us running, if not made us more productive/efficient!

It's easy to use. I love the notifications for when the document is viewed and signed.

I don't have issues at this time. It works well for my business needs.

It's easy to send documents that need to be signed without access to a printer or scanner.
I use Hello Sign almost every day for our customer's and their legal agreements
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless for both the customer and the person sending the document. Signatures are coming in much faster with HS than any other system we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I can think of. I like the updates on when a customer views and signs a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time as I no longer need wet signatures since I have been using HelloSign.
Making it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is intuitive and fast. The platform is easy to understand and follow. I also appreciate the platform's cache feature, allowing me to quickly revisit or access recently signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit confusing when sending multiple documents, as it automatically combines them. It would be helpful if there was an easier to find toggle, allowing you to circumvent this default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows for agreements to be vetted, shared and executed quickly and easily! We are issuing and reviewing a number of documents each month. This makes things quick -- especially critical when we're trying to get moving with new clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a spin. It's easy to use.
