Middle of the Road
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is most useful for being able to generate download links for files without having to go to the file page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has less fres storage than Google Drive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the easy file storage cloud problem

I like that I can save files easily. If my laptop is stolen or lost my files are easily found.

There is nothing that I dislike about Dropbox.

It's there for storing files and can be used to retrieve files if my hardware is lost.
So great for an automatic backup
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a photographer who works in a shared office, and I love that I can easily access my work computer's files when I'm at home. The automatic back up system is something I've come to rely on as it's so straight forward and easy to get your head around. If I need to free up space on my computer, I can easily make something 'online only' and get my hard drive freed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is perhaps a little in need of an aesthetic update?

I can easily share images and large files with my clients at the click of a button

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share folders with my colleagues so that we can collaborate on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see current changes as others are making them instead of just the message that they have unsaved changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us collaborate and share documents with my advisor and fellow grad students.
Great file sharing service
What do you like best about the product?
It's a convenient service since you can have all your files from different devices, all synced in the cloud. I also love the integrations with other services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a free tier with more storage, like their competitors. I think offering 6GB is below the average.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing, team collaboration.
Extremely convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Dropbox to transfer larger files to clients, particularly for photography projects. It's extremely easy to use saving me a tonne of time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I'm not doing a substantial amount of photography then it tends to become expensive but if it was my full time gig it would be highly affordable.

Easy way to send files to clients.
The Original and The Best Cloud Storage service
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless transition and updates across different OS and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free storage. Limited number of devices per account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier for me to keep some of my most used documents at hand and keep them updated at the blink of an eye.

Dropbox is user friendly, efficient, and easy to organize.

I would love for there to be a feature to allow background downloads/a widget on the home page.

Sharing large files quickly without sacrificing quality- my collaborators and I find it easy to share folders.
Reliable easy storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very reliable and easy to use. It is currently mapped on multiple workstations and all work flawlessly. Works on basically every platform without an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of storage seems hard to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having content from multiple workstations stored in a central space. I don't have to manage a NAS or copy from USBs
Dropbox - it just works!
What do you like best about the product?
It works away smoothly in the background, no muss, no fuss, no problems. The sync across devices and backups are also great functions. Lastly the set up was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS version isn't as good as on my laptop and desktop macs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing non Google / non Apple files (I use Google DRive and iCloud for those) and syncing them across all my devices.
