I've depended on Dropbox for years!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the Dropbox experience is the seamless file updating across devices and the cloud. I can use Dropbox directly in my Finder on Mac, and then click it to open it in the browser to personalize my file sharing options to send to clients. And then I can also utilize the fact that Dropbox links do not change, so if I update a new file for a client, it's seamless, no need for any new links. I use my Dropbox not just for business, but for filing my personal information as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the interface for looking through photos on the browser was less clunky, but I never use that feature anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of storing, filing, sharing, AND updating files. This is huge for me, because I'm a creative entrepreneur that's constantly iterating from mockups to final print files.
Simply the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has grown with me and my business. Very easy to use... and you can share anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
Really NOTHING TO dislike, even the price is a decent value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could not function without Dropbox. As we have video editors worldwide.
Dropbox is an EXCELLENT tool for projects
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you can create a file and share it with the people that need that info and only they can retrieve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets complicated to remove files/folders when you are finished with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files that are way too big for email can easily be added to Dropbox and then have a link sent to the reciepant. SO MUCH easier than sending file after file via email!
Superb synchronization and storage in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Over the last ten years, I've consistently employed Dropbox, mainly relying on its fundamental features, and I'm extremely satisfied with the cloud storage solutions it provides. It ensures both security and rapid file synchronization. A noteworthy benefit is its ability to be accessed on multiple devices concurrently, supporting at least three devices within the basic feature set. Throughout my usage, I've never faced any difficulties in syncing or retrieving files from the cloud.
I've been using this cloud product very frequently. It's incredibly user-friendly, and integration is seamless. The implementation process is also straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank, there are no significant drawbacks, but given that I use the basic features, it comes with a limitation of only 2 GB of free storage. The next available package, Plus, offers a substantial increase to 2000 GB. The contrast is quite noticeable. If the basic package had a minimum of 4 GB, that would have been excellent. Nevertheless, I have no complaints since they have allowed me to continue using this basic package for the past 10 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It efficiently resolves my file syncing needs, enabling rapid access to files on another device.
Ease of use

I like that I can access all of my files on my phone as well as my laptop and iPad.
The ease of use is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little cheaper. Other than that I love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create a document and share with co workers and we can work collaboratively.
Easiest cloud drive solution with only a few drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox offers everything you could need in a cloud file system. It's prety, easy to get up and running, and very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox and macOS don't play well together right now becuase of an issue with Apple deprecating an API that allows cloud files to download in the background when you click on them and open in a native app. It's not the worst but it's annoying that a big company like Dropbox hasn't come up with a solution yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files, controling access, and keeping some sense of version control is a struggle. Dropbox eases many of these issue for me and my workflows with a broad set of features to sync, share, and keep versions of files.
Essential service.
What do you like best about the product?
I never have to worry about osing files through device faults
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to set syncing up on a new device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Losing files on defunct devices
Adequate to my needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is like Apple products, easy to pick up and use, works the way they say it will, and is fairly secure. As a new or casual user Dropbox offers an easy and secure way to get cloud storage of your files. I've never had an issue with Dropbox being down, or losing my files, or being unable to upload/download files. Dropbox is my go to solution for sharing files for my business as it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Also like Apple Dropbox is fairly expensive compared to other solutions and is quite locked down. It does what it does and there is not much room for customization to create personalized solutions. I'm a tinkerer and often find myself having to look outside Dropbox for specific use cases. For example, I am a photographer and would love a way to automate uploading files, create individual share links that autopopulate in a database, and share with clients. I can do it with other solutions, but, last time I checked, not with Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Dropbox as a cloud backup for my files. It's great to know that no matter where I am or what happens to my physical drives, my business files and clients photos are still safe. I also use dropbox as a secure and easy way to share files with clients.
