Amazing Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It helps backup automatically like wordpress databases are configured to be uploaded on daily basis. It works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upgrade plans are expensive for India

Dropbox for 10+years now!
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Dropbox more than 10 years ago for organizing files and folders for business and personal life. Owning our own business meant we had to stay organized and get rid of the bulky file cabinets, especially when we often were going between working from the office and home. However, the true gem for us was after an unfortunate photo backup accident when my son was 10 months old. That's when we started using Dropbox to automatically back up our pictures to a file in Dropbox. We have also used it to share files for upcoming events like slides and handouts. We use it to share files with our assistants as well as upload training videos with easy acces. Dropbox is something we use every day without even realizing we are using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app on our computer synchs great, but it does take up more space than we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For many of our programs, we need to have handouts available for the program as well as videos. These programs have an expiration date which Dropbox allows us to set. It also allows us to make the videos not downloadable which protects our intellectual property from being replicated.
Everything I need, no matter where I go!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to all my files, wherever I am, can be easily done from any device! I have had DropBox for over 11 years now, and knowing my photos of my family and children growing up, and all important documents are safe in a virtual access site! Has saved me so much money to keep my stuff , all in one safe spot!
What do you dislike about the product?
No access if internet is out, unless previously saved offline. But it's an explanation that makes sense!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MONEY! No more external hardware to be purchased to save priceless photos and documents!

Limited free storage and No full device backups

File Backup and Synchronization across multiple devices. Any changes made to a Dropbox directory on one device is reflected on all other devices linked to the same account.
I can share files with emailed links or URLs and set read-only or editing permissions for recipients with settings like expiry dates for shared links and adding password protection

What do you like best about the product?
Good for team collaboration. And for personal use, too. I like using it on multiple devices, so I have my files always. It also has a recover deleted files feature which is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
More devices in the free mode would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me share files with my remote colleagues. We always have our meeting minutes in sync. Plus we can share code back and forth very quickly. The files are always available on my mobile device.
At Home or on the Go, Dropbox Keeps Me in Business
What do you like best about the product?
It not only provides backup for all my work, but it also lets me work from anywhere and saves all my photos too.

Need to have access to the internet on the go to be able to access everything

Allows me to safeguard my client information while keeping it at my fingertips any time and anywhere.
Dropbox very helpful to store and access documents
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is available in phone and laptop that is very helpful thing and both are synk easily all the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can say is that Dropbox Android app is not showing as a storage device in files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many time I am working with my phone I have scan documents and later I have to access those on my laptop where Dropbox Cloud storage and documents scan feature helps me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is so easy to use and can find anything needed on the go! Love the ease if sharing documents with groups and all the security!! Customer support is always quick to help with any problems!!

I can honestly say, Dropbox has been seamless for our company. No complaints.

Dropbox has a friendly user interface that makes it easy to upload and organize files. It also frees up a lot of space on my phone since I take lots of videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything specific I dislike about Dropbox. The plans are cost efficient and even the free plan at one point was good enough for me before I upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me organize files easily so that my projects are easy to locate. I can upload large files in short amounts of time so that I can move on to other tasks.

The best part about dropbox is the seamless transferring of files across various devices and ecosystems

With the size of most media today, the free trial doesn't hold much at all so people don't get the opportunity to truly experience it

Multiple users on different devices are able to access and work on it. This solves the need for purchasing devices all within one ecosystem
