Easy to upload and add the fields to complete.

Not able to add forms for signatures from my phone.

can get everyone's signatures on docs at once without having to send individually.

As a small business, I need to get NDAs, SOWs, and other critical documents out the door. HelloSign makes it so easy to do this and then do it in a 'rinse and repeat' type fashion

Nothing really. The system meets all my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been customers for ~ 6 years. The UI is getting better. It's easier to find documents, to use templates, etc. Never any complaints from counterparties. Lightweight

Sometimes complicated to complete elaborate counterparty forms (eg, tax docs)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use for internal processes (eg staff participation agreements), for counterparty contracts, etc. No problems with emails getting through

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload documents and track the progress of the signature process. The fact that I'm able to upload templates is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a doc has a typo or requires a change, it requires me to decline the process and start the process from scratch again. If there were a way to edit the doc within HelloSign, this would be a gamechanger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out documents for sign-off to my clients, vendors, etc. HelloSign helps me save time and trouble mailing signed copies for hand signature. It's 2022. We need to progress :)

The ease of sharing documents and the ability to maintain control of those documents through all stages of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more than 1 team member could access the documents sent to expedite efficiency.

We are able to get out of country documents to our tutors and they are able to feel safe with the entire process.

The ease in which you can simply upload a document and tag emails for completion -it's like document signing on autopilot.

The site takes a long time uploading and downloading.

Remote signings; and no need for a printer and scanner.
