Fun and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can host meetings anytime and do it within a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost and how some things need updated costs to do.

Having meeting across the miles since I live in a rural area.

frees up space on devices & lapatop while still giving me full access. allows me to "slim" down what i have to carry around with me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share work with colleagues and I enjoy being able to really monitor who can see what documents. I also enjoy storing documents without giving up space on my disk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike off the top of my head--keep up the good work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily solves the problem of having to email documents to colleagues. It's a lot easier to just drop things in Dropbox and share them.
A reliable cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and reliable. Share folders are great. Dropbox transfer is useful.

High prices for subscription compared to Google or even icloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily share files whithout big attachement via email while maintaining the updated version.
The service works , quickly, easily, and across platforms and devices.

My files are easily accessible across platforms and devices. It's easy to use, updates are quick and easy. Web interface is pretty good.

It sometimes slows down my laptop. Pricing is a bit high compared to what I get elsewhere (Google, Microsoft).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having files accessible 24/7 no matter where I am. That benefits me because there is less time trying to find files or asking someone to send me something because I left it on my home computer or whatever.

I don't have any complaints or dislikes.

A solid backup and sync solution for prosumers and small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox usually just works. Sync a parent folder, and just go on with life knowing your data is always accessible and always backed up. Never have to mess around and never have to constantly wonder if your backup solution is actually working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use comes at the cost of the lack of advanced controls.
Secondly, pricing on Dropbox is almost four times higher than some other competitors. Additionally there is no purchasing power parity based pricing for international locations. This makes it almost unviable and unrecommendable in some geographies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is my go-to backup tool for data that can legally and logically be backed up to the cloud. I sync a parent folder, and it becomes accessible across all my devices. This means I can work seamlessly, and not mess around with copying or maintaining versioning.
Dropbox tries to sell itself as a cloud content collaboration tool, but the one time I actually did that, to collaborate on a file in a large group, some person incorrectly reported my link and I was never able to share that particular file, despite it being a template that I had created. Contacting Dropbox support was less than useful.

Great storage of files and easy team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate and share files. Helps us keep work organized for clients and for our internal marketing

Whenever someone adds a new file it auto syncs to your account.

Great Cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps me access all of my files wherever I am and whatever device I am using. Dropbox keeps my files organized and ready to be retrieved while on the fly. It is also a great collaboration tool between family members and colleagues, it increases productivity and agility of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances that a file is doubled / replicated due to synching issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a tool to let me retrieve and edit files no matter what device I am using, Dropbox solves this problem for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to work from anywhere, especially including my mobile. The implementation was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to understand how to do eSignatures and route to the correct places.
