Great way to store and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been great way to share data across the network with the teams within my company!

I wish it had more functionality and flags in Assigning tasks to specific team members

We are a national enterprise with remote workers and designers in different places. We use Dropbox to share graphics and art across channels and retail locations to be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is we are constantly running out of space

Dropbox makes collaboration fast and efficient across our national enterprise

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to set up folders and track multiple documents. For example, when assembling a grant application, I create folders that the team can use for reviews. It's also so easy to upload files. I also live that u can review documents from my phone as well as in the computer. Finally, files are very secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike! Honestly. I cannot think of improvements.

The ability to share files across large teams.

Simple and easy method to transfer files, especially in advance of meetings and events.

I have no complaints at this time, everything has been going smoothly.

Dropbox has kept my data secure for many years now and is the one thing I rely on to transfer data to another PC with no hassle. It has tons of features that you can customize to your liking as far as storage and privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit nitpicky, but I dislike they use AI to search through your files. You can turn this off as it's optional, so keep that in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes everything seemless and fast. Even if I need to pick a couple of files to share, it's as easy as a click.

I really don't like auto screenshots and camera upload on my Mac. It really messes up my file naming system

I have other document sharing and management options available, but nothing has drawn me away for DropBox being my main go-to. Intuitive and flexible, easy to use, easy to integrate with my workflow.
