Reliable cloud storage and file sync
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for years to sync files between multiple machines and handhelds. Easy to configure and set up, and reliable updtime. Set it and forget it solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arbitrary max-machine sync limits on the free plan will be detrimental to new users, but this can be gotten around with a premium subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping files synced between machines and users.

What do you like best about the product?
i love the collaborative ability to share files with coworkers. we're able to share work in real time without having to be in the same building or having to clog inboxes with large files. my teammates use it daily, but I love the notifications in my inbox of the weekly roundup to let me know when items and what items have been uploaded. it saves me so much time from digging around.
What do you dislike about the product?
slight bummer that some coworkers free dropbox doesn't allow them to continue to upload to my paid share drive.

helping us connect and save and organize our content so that it's easier to find later
Best platform for organizing work files
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest feature of dropbox is the seamless integration with my desktop. As soon as I import photos or videos from my camera, they are automatically uploaded to the cloud. As I have a fiber connection, this is almost instantaneous. They are than accessible from my phone, iPad, and laptop instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience for someone just viewing a photo or video could be a bit improved. In other words, the aesthetics are not very pleasing for showcasing, artistic work. While I do understand that this is not necessarily what the program was created for, it could be improved in just a few simple tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has saved me countless hours of dragging and dropping files from my desktop to the web. It has also allowed me to easily organize my files, so that they are searchable and findable.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Dropbox is being able to share documents efficiently and easy to use. I also have it downloaded onto my computer so it's easy to access all my files. I use it as an external storage so files don't take up all my computer space. I also use it for integrations so all my apps and website gets stored in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for my remote business it's easy to collaborate with employees/coworkers

What do you like best about the product?
It saves all my files that I can share with designers and developers, especially as I'm launching new products and campaigns

Sometimes it can be a little slow when I am loading.

It helps me share large files that I cannot email!

What do you like best about the product?
share anything fast, a lot of GBs and Digital Sign all in one package, easy integration and implementation, i used it everyday for my activities, never try Customer Support to be honest.

Too many plans, something get confused about it

shared to musical projects between producers and artists, allow me to get and shared anything, everytime, an any moment.
My usage has been for organization of a flow of artwork, both business and personal.

Syncs across devices very well, and does it almost instantly.

I always forget to use the toolbar icon; usually use web-based access.

People need to see the latest iterations of art work, and it's handier to use Dropbox than to use mass emails to send bulky files.

I have tried a few other options over the years, but Dropbox has an easy to use interface.
The ability to set up folders that clients can also access, but I ultimately control, is exactyly what I need.

Haven't had any problems with Dropbox. My clients can use the links across both mac and pc platforms.

getting files to clients quickly. I am so old I used to overnight DVDs.
Great Storage at an Affordable Price
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use across multiple platforms, sharing files with others, and automatically backing up pictures or files from your computer or mobile device. I use it constantly for all my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The various bonus storage amounts vary based on usurs connected in a set time, so will go up and down. (Not an issue if you are paying for the extra storage)

Dropbox allows me to share files across platforms easily (cell phone, computer, and online)

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is simple to set up, and can be accessed in a number of ways, including with the Windows file explorer as if it were a regular set of folders on the hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never actually had any problems. The closest thing to a downside is that storage is not unlimited - but there's still enough space for me to store a raft of desktop background pictures in high resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox lets me access files across platforms and devices, in a much more organized fashion than emailing myself documents all the time.
