Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I like using it for work. It is easy to access from home or at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has errors which makes it hard to open & save work from excel, word, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me access to mutiple work related documents .

It's easy to organize my files and access them from my laptop and my mobile

Difficult, sometimes to view the files and to share. sometimes links need to be created for the files and dropbox can't open files

File sharing is so smooth. I always use it while sharing a big file

Price: too pricey. I wish they could offer a unlimited space and more affordable

AS told before sharing files over email is a hassle, I always use Dropbox to share bigger files
It’s good, but not fast uploading

I've used it for years. It's a great way to share and they are always looking to make it better.

The upload speed is slower that others. New customers always need to be warned about not needing to sign up to download.

Dropbox the easy and secure way to store, backup and share files.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a easy and secure way to share and backup files. Our office has used Dropbox extensively with a CPA out of state and have never had an issue. Easy to upload files and forget.

I would like to see improvements with word doc and excel file creating and sharing.

Dropbox has created a great solution to back up, store and share files.

What do you like best about the product?
The security and ease of handling, viewing, and sharing files with Colleagues and Customers across platforms and devices.

I don't dislike anything. I keep coming back to this platform for its ease of use and security.

Being a universal bridge for viewing and light editing of content. It's available across platforms.
I Love Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great to have everything on the cloud that can easily access on my computer and phone. Also I love how easy it is to send a link to someone to download.

Nothing really. It's a great service.

I am constantly receiving tax information for 2 properties. I instantly download to by db.

I am guessing i only use 10% of. DB. I wonder if they had a turorial video?

sharing files is super easy and having links to send to clients that auto update is clutch

i dislike that files that are on the cloud and not my computer don't have a preview

dropbox makes worrying about losing my files a thing of the past. i no longer have to have backup hard drives and usb drives. so simple.
