Instant backup with secure and easy access to your files from any of your devices
What do you like best about the product?
It invisibly allows me to backup my files in real time with little apparent impact on my system. Multiple version backups are kept for extra safety.
It gives me file acess on all of my devices, including my phone.
Two-factor authentication makes it secure.
Set it and forget it--until you need it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes startup feels CPU intensive.
Support could be easier to access and more responsive.
Dropbox has been incredibly reliable--but I've had two cases where files weren't being synced. In one case Dropbox gave me an error, In another it did not--I just noticed they weren't being backed up. In the second case there was something amiss with that folder, so I created a new one, moved the files and they were instantly backed up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File backup - it happens in real time and with small CPU usage.
File access - I can access my files from multiple devices for comps.

Simple and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, it's become an extension of my laptop and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. I have not run into any dislikes.

It helps me to store and access all my client data from multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, linking my work computer, my personal computer, and my mobile devices together with ease. I've used it for years, even preferring it to free alternatives offered by my employer, simply because it does what I want it to do naturally, without any special effort on my part. Installing on a new device or computer is easy.
I use Dropbox everyday for my routine tasks. I can save an article I read on my phone or a file I download there to Dropbox and have it on my computer later. I don't know what I'd do without it!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've ever found to using Dropbox is that my devices have different storage capacities, making it possible to overload one of them unless I pay some attention to the device's limits. Pnce, I did set the properties of a shard folder incorrectly, and someone I shared with deleted the content for everyone! That taught me to be more careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to coordinate my devices, letting me always access the latest version, and allows easy collaboration with colleagues on joint projects.

I like the ability to sync dropbox to my desktop, to share files with others, to have shared folders, and overall general security of my files

Maybe the annual price? Not much to dislike

Not entirely sure what Dropbox is solving, but generally the cloud platform works well.

I like that I can save and access docs and pics in many formats in an easy to use Cloud location from any device at any time.

I have not found any downsides to using Dropbox

Others have been able to quickly and easily with me; I have been able to find my stored docs just as quickly and easily when I need them
Why Dropbox is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the ability to create a folder integrated with both Windows and Mac. Super easy to implement especially if you have multiple devices where you need your files.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I haven't really seen a downside. Priced pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having files be exclusive to 1 device, or having to email a file back and forth in order for multiple people to edit.

I love that I have so much space to organize my large files and also the ease of sharing files with clients since I am an entrepreneuer. I definitely use Dropbox on a daily bases.

Sometimes the files take very long to upload when I need to send them in a hurry it's inconvenient.

The small amount of free storage given, I know of competitors like Playbook that give you way more storage just by signing up in a free account.

Ease of sending multiple versions through email, helps keep track of updated documents.
Above and beyond expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organise my files in the cloud and what's on my PC, how I can undelete a file or folder if necessary, and Dropbox Passwords is invaluable.

The price is a bit high but the services deliver.

I have no issues.
