What do you like best about the product?
The inclusion of the app's file version history feature guarantees that users have the ability to return to prior states, offering an additional level of security and oversight over modifications made to documents.

The upload and download speeds, noting that the transfer of large files can be comparatively slower than others.

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to store files and then share them easily with anyone else. The files can remain safe, yet shared. Or, I can make the files editable by whoever I share them with. I really like the integration with my desktop's file structure, and also love that I can transfer from my Google Drive. One of my favorite features is that I can easily convert all of my files to PDF with a single command.
The workflow automation of signatures is a nice feature, but isn't substantial enough for my needs at this time.

Can't automate document workflow to the point where Dropbox will track revisions for me.

Document sharing and document workflow automation
Excellent program to backup files to the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The simple way to upload files just by pasting them into the Dropbox folder on your computer, plus its multiple tools for teamwork and file sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am outputting a direct render into the folder, dropbox gives me a synchronization error which forces me to have to pause dropbox to send my render again.

It's very easy to use and most everyone has it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to tell which files I was sharing and which ones were private.

I was in a church's music administration and vocalist and it allowed us to share music and documents every week to prepare and collaborate during the pandemic.

It's very simple to use and customize for several users

I wish I could share a file or tow with others that are not members. I wish I could use it as a Project Management tool.

Should be free permanently or cost is too much for space in todays era

You need to pay for extra space. If you want to make it your main site for filing photos, for example, might become expensive.
