What do you like best about the product?
It was convenient and quick to share files from one person to another
What do you dislike about the product?
That both parties need an app to access the files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creative an easy way to share files without needing to access many different accounts.
Dropbox is easy to use and a great way to share files!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can share my files so easily. It has also been a great place for me to place downloaded videos for me to use for my class. It is very simple and easy to use on topof it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have a little more space without paying so much more for the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to useot for personal and business (well, my students). I share videos content with them and they can drop in their files as well showing me their completed work.

You can share copies of folders for temporary external use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to keep track of everyone's uploads without us pinging each other.

It allows us to share content and store it in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, my staff can reach out to customer support and get a quick response. We use it fairly often to send documents to our clients.

Fast and convenient platform for sharing large files
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Dropbox's ability to easily share folders with other individuals. The firm I work for shares large files regularly and Dropbox makes it simple to share files quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have many complaints about Dropbox. I just wish that when you selected to download a file directly from Dropbox that it would save the file as is to your computer instead of creating a Zip and adding another step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the issue of emails bouncing back due to large file sizes. It allows multiple indivuduals to collaborate on and add to a single file.
So nice for sharing content!
What do you like best about the product?
I work in social media and Dropbox is awesome for sharing content when we have team members in different places or working remotely! I love that someone on my team can add something from a different location and I can download it to my phone without the quality of the video or pictures being lessened! It love how we can keep each customer's files seperate and how easy it is to find inspo!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was easier to login from a different computer or from a phone, that would make remote work easier for when I'm not in the office!

Dropbox helps us upload and share content with team members when we're not all in the same location, and makes it so we can download shared content without the quality being lessened!
Good file sharing app
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless file syncing across all my devices. It ensures that I can access my files from anywhere, and they are always up-to-date, which greatly enhances my productivity and convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relatively limited free storage space, which may not be sufficient for users with extensive storage needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless file synchronization across devices with Dropbox provides me easy access to my files wherever I am.

easy to add files of any size. Can also add pictures along with word docs for a better file share and understanding

occassionally have a file overload and hard to include all information that is being added.

transferring designs and drawings directly to customers via files. saves time due to ease of use
Reliable backup with dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
THe best thing about Dropbox is how smoothly it works. I had had issues with a competing solution but Dropbox is the old reliable.

Limited free storage capacity is probably one thing that stands out as a con

Sharing files and content is the biggest use for me. WIth dropbox sharing, syncing or backing up are super fast and reliable. I like how the team has worked out any kinks unlike its main competitor where I have run into stability issues multiple times.
Cloud Storage Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very straight-forward. There is nothing confusing about this product. You can store files, share files and access everything on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of about Dropbox is just that there are so many different services that do the same thing. It's hard to stand out.

Ability to store files securly in the cloud and be able to collaborate with colleagues from around the globe.
