Better than other cloud storage services - tried and true for years
What do you like best about the product?
Desktop plus browser option is great. Huge storage capacity. Seamless syncing. Easy sharing and collaboration features
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual fee should be discounted for those working at non profits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it's secure and I can easily share sensitive files with others. Managing users on a shared folder is also easy

I'm a realtor and rely on Dropbox for all my transactions documents. Easy to use and to store all my documentation. I can pull up the info from anyone of my devices quickly and easily. Does exactly what I need.

Nothing I really dislike about it. Does exactly what I need.

Dropbox solves the problem of storing all my documents needed for to run my business. I can pull up a document and or share it quickly and easily.

Sometimes bogs down updating. Also sometimes the files do not show up right away.

We have multiple people and need to share files all day long. Dropbox solves the problem.

I haven't encountered any. TBH I don't expect too, either. ;)

I haven't encountered any problems, but am confident in Dropbox and their reputation to not have this be an issue for me.
Nothing Makes My Life Flow Better
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox basically keeps my life in order. I can be anywhere and still send links to large files or small ones, share with collaborators, and update work. The ease of using my phone, my computer, or any device makes this ideal. I love being able to work on things offline, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone that works with video, I have to remember that the color space for dropbox is differnt and must download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to quickly send things to collaborators and clients from anywhere -- I love being able to send a link to something that is too large to email, and I love that it's so easy to do. I also appreciate being to work off-line using some documents / projects that are also downloaded to my desktop.
Convenience and Security
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Dropbox allows professors to easily return our graded assignments and that we have a significant amount of space in the free version. Dropbox also allows the organization of files while also providing ease of access using the search feature

The user interface can be user unfriendly at tines, especially during the registration section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows my professor to easily return our assignments and allows me to access my organization's files with ease through the search option and the organization that Dropbox's interface provides.
Dropbox Has Never Failed Me
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always offered a wealth of storage space, I've never had security issues, my client base comprises a very wide demographic and no one has ever had a problem accessing their folders or files, and I appreciate its easy use and compatibility with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly price would be my only complaint. I think it could be a little more of a competitive rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to store large files for different clients. I am able to organize these files and Dropbox allows easy and private access for my clients and their files without them having to sign up or create an account and password-- this is great.
Love that all my photos are automatically there!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and to have our photos automatically synced to wherever we have Dropbox installed. This has saved us an amazing amount of time when needing to access job photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Seems to me everything works just as it should.

Having company files easily accessed across devices.
