Secure and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
It seems that Dropbox is always acceptable to whatever site that I'm trying to upload documents to. It's always in the right format. When my other document storage sites won't work, Dropbox always comes through for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of using Dropbox, absolutely none. I love it. It's very to use and very easy to implement. You don't have to be a technical wizard to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use for my uploading my personal information on different websites.
Convenient and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I can sync all of my work data easily and without any real effort so that I can access it seamlessly across devices. I also backup my phone photos and videos, no effort at all but all my stuff is then in one place. Fantastic. I use it every day and much prefer it to similar competitor services
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the change to the app on my laptop when it stopped default listing freshly edited documents etc, but I am used to it now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a quick way to get work done easily and quickly. I also use it to share useful work-related documents with students and online with other people; stuff on how to write well, to get good grades at uni etc
Best-in-class Cloud Storage with Excellent Features
What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of features is terrific. I have all the space I need to make sure that only the apocalypse itself would make me lose my data. I love the fact that I can instantly get pictures and videos from my phone to the cloud to my desktop/laptop and backed up. I've used Dropbox now for over 15 years, and I highly recommend it as better than any other cloud storage app that's out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only downside is the price, but you also get what you pay for. Overall I find it's worth it but not everybody will find it accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox saves me from having to spend so much time moving files around or even worrying about essential things being backed up for the long term. It removes so many issues about data storage and makes decisions simple and easy. Need to get a big file somewhere? Put it on dropbox. Need it on another computer? Put it on dropbox. Fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Dropbox is continuing to improve their platform with the release of new features and functionality that makes the platform easier to use. There are a ton of new features that go beyond just file storage and truly help you streamline your business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I've used Dropbox for years in my own life and business, I have encountered some clients who are concerned about sharing their files with me via Dropbox due to some privacy and security concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for my clients and I to share files with one another as we dig into their web design projects. We're able to avoid sending back and forth emails full of various file verisions. Instead, we can easily manage our files and ensure we each using the latest verisions. My clients and I are also able to leave comments for one another on certain files so we can easily collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users that I share files with get a message that their storage is full. I would like a media player. An audio player that would play the contents of a folder. Or a video player that would play all videos in a folder.

Sharing large files that unable to be sent via email.

Easiest way to share large files and also keep multiple devices synced.

Not aware of any downside, other than it's not freeware.

Whenever I need to share large files I simply copy the link from Dropbox and email to the intended audience. Easy peasy.
Dropbox saved me from loosing my thesis
What do you like best about the product?
Having my documents synced to Dropbox means that I can access my files from anywhere, on any device, giving me the ability to work even if I don't have my computer available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep for students, however when I nearly lost my thesis, paying for Dropbox all these years was totally worth it.

Being able to work from any computer.
