Active and inventive, but some tools are not succiently thought through
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is realiable, accissible from every decice and platform, it offers a good i=user inteface in the browser, and many additional tools like their latest iteration, a grabber for screenshots and other products like screenmovies, which allows the user to work on them and easily share them
What do you dislike about the product?
Their tools, like the grabber, or Dash are being churned out too fast, without thinking them sufficiently through. Dash, for example was advertised as a sort of AI or LLM that users could apply safely to their own content stored on Dropbox, but it turns out to be only marginally capale of doing that. Another example is their new Photo folder, which collects (greedily I would add) all pictures (and not only photos) from your content, but does not give the user the possibility to automate anything. Th result is a folder that is populated with a wild hodge podge of screenshots, other pngs and your photos. If you want to sort out the photos you have to transfer them to a separate folder using the automation tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Drlopbox to have my content available on all computers I am working on and occasionally to share files with others
Would definitely recommend Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox personally and personally for a variety of file sharing needs. I love that it makes collaboration simple and effective without having to send bulky emails with attachments and having to search through a ton of emails to find the file that you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use a little more free storage before having to pay for my personal account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to share and collaborate. Keeps project relates files together in one easy place to access.

Wish they would give us a heads up when they change things on the website. Sometimes new features can be hard to get used to.

Easier to have files in the cloud rather than on a local computer.
Dropbox is a great system, but has a few major errors
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my files are all safe. I've never had any concern that all of my data is well taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, for about the past year now, Dropbox has begun randomly unsyncing some of my local files. So if I open a project, I occasionally have to wait for it to re-download several gigs of data, even though I never took them to "online only".

It solves my issue of wanting to access my files across multiple devices at all times.

How useful and easy it is to use. It is relatively easy to use without any prior experience.

Not much but the website can feel a bit overcrowded.

I love being able to connect Dropbox with other apps so that my files seamlessly sync between my work laptop and home desktop.

Sometimes Dropbox does not sync between the local version of a shared folder which makes it difficult to use.

I appreciate I can access my documents wherever I am, and can share my works with others easily with a link share.

They actually fixed my most disliked portion. I wished I could extract zip files on mobile, and the recently fixed that, so I'm happy.

Easily sending large files to colleagues in seconds.
