What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to share big data, so using dropbox allows me to share and receive the materials I need in order to create websites and more. My clients share with me their pictures and information that I need to use.
Cloud Storage of Document at one Place
What do you like best about the product?
From synchronizing the information to offering liberal distributed storage, Dropbox could be the single objective for the entirety of your information. It offers hearty coordinated effort highlights, simple sharing, Document forming, monstrous capacity plans, and cross-stage similarity. Disconnected admittance to specific records makes it helpful to try and work without the Web. Outsider combinations improved its usefulness while improving it than its rivals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few cons to involving Dropbox as it offers Restricted free space and could cause some security issues for a portion of its clients. The capacity plans it offers are somewhat more costly than other cutthroat stages. Upgrading free capacity or restricting the cost of capacity can improve it than most other distributed storage devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox assists me with dealing with every one of my information in one spot and makes it simple to work with the group. With its magnificent highlights and solid uptime execution it saves my time while making me more useful. The most amazing aspect of utilizing Dropbox is you can get to past document forms and recuperate erased things also.
Dropbox to OneDrive switch
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a nice free piece of software to use via web or mobile app. The free version, which I used in the past, doesn’t allow as much space as OneDrive. I also like the fact that OneDrive coordinates and works with other Microsoft items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the small, limited space Dropbox allows. I prefer the “more space” offered with OneDrive because the space limit can be reached fast if you use it frequently. I also do not like the fact that I can’t collaborate with other Microsoft items like One Drive – Dropbox is independent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox originally solved the issues of collaboration of documents, sharing documents for others to access, and uploading photos from site visits in the construction industry. I enjoyed using Dropbox until I reached my space limit (which happened fast).
Growing teams beware! Stay away from Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
None, we were duped into believing it was flexible for growing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox was not transparent in the limitations of its service. We subscribed to their solution thinking it will support our growing team, however, this proved to be an illusion.
We have built over 3 years worth of historical project data— complete with proper filing and linking to Dropbox.
This was all flushed to toilet when Dropbox limited our team’s access to folders. After multiple attempts to fix this with customer support for over a year, someone finally shared that we can only share up to 1,500 folders with team members.
That info wasn’t available when we subscribed to the service.
Instead, this info was hidden deep below the help center’s, in an old query “why I can’t create shared folder?”
It has caused major disruption in our daily work -- no one can upload files for a while now-- and customer support has not been helpful. Now we have to look for other flexible solutions and say goodbye to our 3 years worth of impressive historical data. All the file management and database based on Dropbox will be useless and leave an even worse problem in our organization.

Did not help us find a robust, flexible cloud content collaboration.
Excellent Online Storage Option
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Dropbox for all of my file storage needs! One of the best features of Dropbox is its ease of use - it's so simple to upload and organize all of my files in one place. I also appreciate how secure Dropbox is - I never have to worry about my files getting lost or stolen. And perhaps my favorite feature is how seamlessly Dropbox integrates with all of my other apps and devices. It truly makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for a while now, and overall it's been a great tool for storing and sharing my files. However, one issue I've noticed is that the syncing process can sometimes be a bit slow, which can be frustrating when I need to access updated files quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the problem of having to constantly transfer files between devices or email them to yourself. With Dropbox, I can easily access my files from any device with an internet connection, which saves me time and hassle. Additionally, Dropbox's file sharing and collaboration features make it easy for me to work with others on projects and share files securely. Overall, Dropbox's solutions have greatly improved my productivity and organization.

DROPBOX SOFTWARE
What do you like best about the product?
I occasionally use my laptop, occasionally go into the office, and occasionally all three. It is wonderful to not have to worry about having the most recent version of files available thanks to Dropbox. When I knew I'd be working somewhere else in the past, I had to send myself the most recent versions of spreadsheets by email. By choosing which files you want kept on your hard drive and which ones you want stored solely in the cloud, the Smart Sync is a fantastic method to preserve disc space. A problem I was having with Windows search not being able to identify the file names of files saved exclusively in the cloud has just been resolved; now searching for file names of files stored locally is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback of dropbox for business is how much more expensive it is than its two main rivals, Google Drive and OneDrive. It's unfortunate because many little details simply appear to be better executed on Dropbox. It can be tricky to get around a proxy server at work, a problem that has improved but is still present (especially with antiquated proxies). This is one of those issues that can actually render a programme useless because you quickly come to rely on it, and if it breaks down, you could easily lose a day's worth of work without realising it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilise Dropbox for a variety of academic needs. I advise my students to make use of the free version to support their assignments and work together on group research projects.
I use Dropbox to store lots of files
What do you like best about the product?
Eaasy to use without one on one training or remote it's just very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike. I like everything about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized Storage space!
