Long time customer, somewhat happy
What do you like best about the product?
I got on board dropbox in the beginning like everyone. It was the only tool that we could use to share documents, and it did a great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, it's very hard to navigate. I'm not actcually sure why I still have an account, probably because I'm too lazy to dump all of the files into my google drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving documents on the cloud, and sharing with links easily.
Dropbox cost effective solution
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing model for Dropbox is pocket friendly from user prospective. Remote sharing and proving access to any user out side of your organization is pretty easy. File sharing control like read/edit can be controlled easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Dropbox stores your file it encrypts it. But the file store in Dropbox folder of your computer is not encrypted. That makes this not so secure unless you use different services to encrypt that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the employee based data is stored in Dropbox makes it easier to access between employee and employer.
Great for sharing big work files
What do you like best about the product?
Security, collaborative options, integration with other Microsoft Office Apps and programs, able to use easily with all windows operating systems. Works great with company systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harder to integrate with Apple products/iPhone or iPads. It requires us to perform some additional verification steps on mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to move large files that exceed data limits on our email server from internal to external clients and back and forth editing.
Pretty easy to use and essential for daily routines.
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of have my files secure and centralized over several devices at same time is just amazing. Abstracting all complexity turns my life more light and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be more accessible, I guess the pics is higher then the others players, it's reduce drastically the audience due price is one the most import fact evaluate.

Provide a platform the ce centralize my files across different dives such as computer and mobile is essential for my daily routines no mattter is a professional or personal context.

Making a Remote Office Possible
What do you like best about the product?
As a start up company founded on a virtual office, dropbox has provided a solution to document sharing a team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no oppurtunity to lock down the file, meaning version control can go out the window. Luckily they are stamped when duplicative, but with various documents there tends to be alot of noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our pirmary file share.
Efficient and Reliable File Management: My Dropbox Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like the most about dropbox is its feature to seamlessly synchronize between multiple devices, whether I am on my smartphone, computer, or tablet. I can easily access all my files without switching devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i doesn't like too much about dropbox is its limited storage feature for free users, the limited storage can fill up so quickly and the cost to upgrade to premium plan just not might fit in the pocket of some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox really helped me to working in an environment where I need to have access of all my files in each one of my device for being more productive, also it makes the file sharing and collaboration so easy.
