Hellosign is great

Great service, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find templates and create new ones on a whim. The recipients always receive the agreement in a timely fashion plus, you can easily share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the system lags when you're typing in the boxes on the final page. I have to copy and paste from a previously written document in order not to have the entire system freeze. That's frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are listed above. The "typing" element is very slow and doesn't match up with the speed you are typing at. Again, you have to copy and paste something into those description boxes in order to avoid that issue.
Use it all the time!

The different features of adding signatures, dates, and text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much to complain about really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to edit pdfs and e-sign any document is really nice.

The white listed email so that way even secured users dont get my documents sent to spam!

Sometimes when I need to edit and updated a document that has been sent for signature it reverts back to the original, so i need to start from scratch.

Nothing really. I wish there was a customer service telephone number or instant chat box though.

What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is a seamless user experience. It's really made sending docs that I need signed easy and user friendly, and i feel confident that everything I need done, hellosign can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything - hellosign does everything I need it to do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend so much time trying to get adobe acrobat to work for getting things signed, or have to have clients print something out and sign it, then scan it in, hellosign has mitigated that entire process.
Very useful for our business!

Makes getting signatures easier for artwork approvals without making the customer come in to the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This product is very suitable for our business as is.

Remote signatures. Customers can reduce the need to come inside the office.
HelloSign is very easy to use and easy to share on an international level.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that even those that aren't familiar with the service pick up on using it immediately. I primarily use Adobe or Microsoft office with the service. It's very similar to other e-signature platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly dislike anything. I do wish that there was a document management system within HelloSign. The addition would make the software perfect, especially for my needs.

Signing documents on an international scale has never been easier. I love that anyone from around the world can access the documents at any point with minor questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform and tool is simple and easy to use. Intuitive and a good reputation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another platform that I have to use, and I haven't yet looked at integration with it and my bookkeeping platform ,Xero.

I am able to demonstrate professionalism and legitimacy in my coaching practice as well as cover me legally.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used HelloSign for our marketing agency for years and we love how user-friendly and easy it is. It creates such a seamless process for our clients to review contracts and sign quickly from their phone or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There really isn't anything bad I can say about this product. We've been a loyal customer for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our clients are in other parts of the country so HelloSign makes it super easy to send over contracts and have signed quickly and efficiently. We also like that contracts can be automatically added to a Google Drive folder.
