Such a great service
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep my entire life stored in Dropbox. It's truly life changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we can't see thumbnail previews on files. Especially images!

Organising my entire company in one place
Dropbox is a Lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
We use dropbox for automatic backups and it has come in handy so many times when computers crash and we are able to pull our data back up through the desktop app or the cloud drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not ran into any downsides with dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps our company to keep everything in one place for all of us to access simultaneously. It makes us more productive when working in the field when we cannot access the files.
Practical and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Its easily accessible on different platforms for work or personal use. I can save personal documents and access from my phone which can be handy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, probably would be nice if we can add security to certain folders which require extra protection from any hackers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large volume and easy to share big files as I work with large file format. Quick upload as well so no need to wait too long (also subject to internet speed)
Allow access and transfer files fast
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create links to specific projects for users to drop files into. The automated emails are fantastic and keeps everyone updated that the files are now uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that you could create a dashboard to share with others so they can see multiple dropbox projects. THis will keep me from having to have multiple links to projects shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files transfers between companies and keeping files in a central location for everyone to access. I also like how quickly I can upload and download files when needed.

It is very user friendly, even when using on your phone. It's extremely fast, never froze while using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. My company switched over to Onedrive, and I really miss using Dropbox.

It helps us safely store our compliance documents and it's accessible from anywhere.
Best Online storage service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and the easiness of the dropbox. dropbox is one of the best online cloud storage service I am using the dropbox since a very long time. personally I feel dropbox is some what better than Google drive
What do you dislike about the product?
No as such dislikes but I would appricate if dropbox provide more free storage limit. also somtime I face an issuer where shared links were not working but I faced it rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of Data Storing, Share and Collaboration with others. Also we dont need to worry about physical Hard drives to store our data becaue drop box is highly scalable and highly available that ensures the data durability and availability.

The free plan is way to small to do a proper evaluation

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use as we can easily share files and access content from computer, mobile or web browser. The cloud storage is good as it makes us free from file size limits

Dropbox is mainly solving my problem related to the storage and size of the file as it's not limited to any particular number. It helps me a lot to share data from long distance
The Only Cloud Storage Option | S-Tier
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has reliably stored our data for nearly two decades — and in recent years, it's been an incredible option for my business. I work with clients that upload their files, I constantly share my own folders, and I use it to store things I'll need for years to come. I like the peace of mind it provides and the searchability of all my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it works well with the Apple ecosystem overall, I wish on iPhones it was easier to natively search (e.g. when pulling down the search bar to search for anything on an iPhone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the big question of client collaboration with the website design projects our business enables. I can reliably connecit with clients and receive content for their websites with ease. It's also seamless to update in real time — every second counts.
