It is great and I love to use it.
What do you like best about the product?
I love to share files with Dropbox. It's easy to send files around the wrold.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder system is bit confusing. I think it should be more easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solving my file sharing problems. It's benefitiing me to solve my client service.
Dropbox is great! I use it to store all of my pictures and videos taken by members of our family.
What do you like best about the product?
You always know how much storage you have and you have immediate access to everything you store there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much you can't like about Dropbox. It's always there and ready wnehever you need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have immediate access to my account and all of the files, photos and videos stored there.
Dropbox is helpful in sharing documents with coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
You can add documents instantaneously and share with others likewise. I like how you are able to organize by folders and add word documents, excel documents, photos, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not love about Dropbox is you are unable to edit documents in real time. It would be great if you could do this and those who the documents are shared with could see the edits as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents and storing documents in a way that is efficient and practical with the work I do.
DropBox is a gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in the middle of redoing my website and the ability yo access my media from any device has been such a time saver. Everything uploads so quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet, but maybe an easier UI in relation to creating nested folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with my design contractors via Dropbox is great. Instead of a ton of email attachments we are able to share a repository.
Even after many years, Dropbox holds up
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been consistent and reliable to use as a storage and sharing service for years. Files I've saved years ago are still safe and securely stored on Dropbox, even after other services and devices have lost my data. It's easy to use even if you aren't super high tech. Love that Dropbox can seamlessly integrate into my devices' file folders for easy access. I also file share for work and Dropbox has been highly efficient for that and helps streamline productive workflow. As a paying customer, I have no regrets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not often, but sometimes there will be some issues with syncing files. And the UI on the website browser and the app is just okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Dropbox, I can share large files with others and vice versa, and easily access this content to use for work.

Sometimes in is harder to upload files that are not immediately compatible for Dropbox. Like urls

Seems simple to use for my purposes - uploading documents to court reporters for use in Zoom hearings

Seemed somewhat difficult to learn early on without prior experience.

Favorite platform for hosting files
What do you like best about the product?
The ease-of-use on desktop and phone application. Quick and easy sharing capabilities. Ability to increase storage capacity by inviting other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't an issue most of the time, but on occasion the time it takes to upload files can be an inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to share files with my clients. I can add them as an administrator or give them view-only access. The platform makes it easy to collaborate with my customers and for them to provide direct feedback on files, making the creative process smoother and easier. I also use the platform to back-up files and allow me to access them whether I'm away from my desk or traveling without my desktop or laptop.

That I'm able to have all my important documents filed into it's different folders & categories.

I like everything about Dropbox, there is nothing to dislike.
