A good, functional and valuable tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is practical, easy to use and I can in a safe and good manner save and share documents, pictures and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate through the app sometimes, and the pricing maybe. But otherwise I am pretty satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily update my collaborators on new things

What do you like best about the product?
The fast Accessibility to get to our files anywhere at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it won't "connect" to the files you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I LOVE the new "Transfer" feature, that allows us to create "links" to files and people can pull them from the link. It's a game changer for efficiency and speed.
The easiest way to send and store large files
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to send large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the cost for storage space was less
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have large files or a group of files that would overrun someone's inbox with their data size, it's easy to upload them to Dropbox and send a link.

Convenience of having access across devices, free storage

Space limitations make it less likely for me to use these days and I'm not interested in paying for more storage at this time

Long time user of Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of adding files to Dropbox and accessing them anywhere. I use it every day. I've had this service for 10 years, and I doubt I'll ever be without it. I recently upgraded from the free version for more space. I've never needed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is, once you reach the limit, you get a ton of notifications that your Dropbox is full. I am not a fan of multiple notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never need a flash drive. Files can be updated in real time across several computers.

None that i know of!! We use dropbox for all our projects!

It helps us collaborate with clients that are overseas! and also the ability to share large files seamlessly.

I can give access to multiple collages and see when they login to work on a document. I can also restrict who gets access to edit or view only.
What do you dislike about the product?
If multiple people are working on the document create a separate document when we save the document.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy. Once its set up, apps installed etc, it's just like using another folder on your computer, that then effortlessly syncronises across all devices. The integration is easy and quick. Also I like the number of features and peace of mind knowing a valuable file is stored somewhere in case my laptop is lost or stollen i can still get it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely the small number of devices you can connect to for free. I understand they don't want it to be unlimited for free but it is a sharp limitation on Dropbox's usefulness.

Just being able to access a lot of documents anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
My older laptop sometimes has issues and if not for Dropbox all of my files that I've had for many years would have been lost forever. Same goes for my phone, I had thousands of pictures and downloaded files and after my phone broke and nothing could be downloaded Dropbox again saved everything. Since then I've own multiple computers and multiple phones and I haven't lost a single file or picture. Then when I try to find things the search feature is awesome, I can't always remember the file name but Dropbox seems to figure out what I'm looking for. Setting up Dropbox on each is super fast and easy as can be. I go on Dropbox almost everyday looking for files and I auto sync everyday. From computer to next is very easy and having multiple at the same time Dropbox links them as one. Never had a reason to use customer support yet since I've never had an issue over the last 10+ years I've used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but if anything helping reorganizing or finding duplicates files could help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a cloud backup of all my files and photos, being able to share them without my phone being jammed full
