Best File Sharing Platform for Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox because it very easy-to-use platform. we use Dropbox to store our photoshoot pictures for Ecommerce Platforms. It's very suitable for business use and it's very reliable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like its 2GB limit for the free plan other providers like Drive, one drive are offering more storage than this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to store our photos for Ecommerce platforms. we are using Dropbox to manage our media files for business. It's Good and Files can be shared very easily on any platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Dropbox! Of all the products I've used and compared, it definitely has more features than most. They provide fantastic customer service that is fast and courteous - two qualities you don't always see combined. My clients have had no problems signing videography contracts with them, many of whom have complimented me on how easy the process was. You won't find another product like it - so I'm proud to give it my full recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Dropbox does not provide an automated process for filing signed documents. I need to keep track of multiple contracts and it would be extremely helpful if there was a way to organise them into folders after they have been signed, rather than having all the pages merged into one long document stream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign makes my job easier by helping to streamline our onboarding process. Documents are automatically prepared, reminders are sent, and late documents are not dealt with.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes file access a breeze. It works seamlessly whether I'm at home, work, or on the go. It is better than others like OneDrive by Microsoft. It also works well with the Android OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need internet to use it. Being dependent on internet is a huge disadvantage. If you go to areas where there is no coverage, you will have no access to the documents. So, if they offer an offline platform, it will be the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the documents readily available is a tremendous benefit for me as a computer instructor. I possess numerous books, including manuals I have created myself. With Dropbox, I can easily access and share these resources with my students, eliminating the hassle of dealing with physical papers.

Secure storage and easy transfer which alse helps in edit and update.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative impacts. All secure and standard.

The storage is the problem everywhere but ine Dropbox the storage method is way more easier that other software.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the secure storage of the data I need to be in a safe place. I also appreciate the ability to integrate Dropbox with google workspace and Microsoft 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited access to users who don't pay for full access. I did end up paying for more storage but it is a little pricier than I would like. However, I do feel that it is worth the price point. There are cheaper options on the market but I also pay for the comfortability of already understanding and knowing the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox benefits me by being able to have all the data I need stored without having a physical location/gadgets to hold the information. I love the ability to synchronize data from any platform or device.

Great Tool for Online File Storage and Sharing

Dropbox is a secure online file storage application that allows me to store and share files easily and conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage is only 2 GB, and the membership subscription is a bit more expensive than others.

Dropbox helps me backup my files online and improves ease of access.
