My entire life is in your hands Dropox
What do you like best about the product?
Sync tool works flawlessly. Everything that I am lives in my dropbox. If I ever lose a computer for any reason, I do not worry about it because everything I care about is in my Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could be lower. Honestly, there are cheaper options that I could pursue. The only reason I don't is because I don't want to undertake the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me room on my hard drives. Keeps my files in sync across multiple PCs. Allows me to access files on any pc via the web. Allows me to share folders and collaborate with others. Honestly, it keeps all of my data safe and gives me confidence that I can safely wipe a computer without worrying about losing data
Effective and User Friendly Cloud Strorage Product
What do you like best about the product?
1 - Large files can be stored and managed efficiently; Design files are very heavys sometime. It's straightforward to share files within teams and with clients.
2 - Security is fantastic; files can be password protected. They offer two-factor authentication.
3 - Can be Integrated with other software and application used by designers. Make it easy to save and share it with clients directly utilizing this application.

What do you dislike about the product?
1 - Not fond of their search functionality.Not very easy to search files and folder.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage large files and easily share within the team and with external clients sucurely. Dropbox mobile app allows me to access the design file while on the client site and meeting while traveling.

Its file sharing capabilities are impressive, allowing for easy sharing of documents with anyone. The collaboration features are efficient, enabling direct work on the platform without the need to shift files between devices. The automatic file backup option is a standout feature that ensures peace of mind. Dropbox's world-class security measures and efficient organization of documents make it a reliable choice. The fast uploading speed and the ability to store and track large files easily are also highly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of security, I believe Dropbox could improve by implementing separate levels of authority for each synchronized device to enhance data protection. There have been instances where mobile devices with synchronized Dropbox accounts were lost or stolen, posing a potential risk. Additionally, some users find Dropbox's pricing to be relatively expensive compared to similar service providers, particularly for organizational use. While the interface is generally user-friendly, it can require basic program knowledge and familiarity with the web client interface to fully leverage Dropbox's capabilities.

Dropbox solves the problem of organizing and accessing files across multiple devices by providing a centralized cloud storage solution. This benefits me by ensuring that all my documents are securely stored in one place and accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. It eliminates the hassle of manually transferring files between devices and reduces the risk of data loss. Additionally, Dropbox's collaboration features streamline teamwork and enable efficient sharing and editing of files, enhancing productivity and facilitating seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.

The easily access to of sharing data for free in large quantities.

That on mobile phones is not as convinient as on a computer

Fast and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy tool get large files transferred to other people and companies. I used it especially with graphic studios when open data (.psd or .ai) had to be delivered to third party.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available in Czech language but intuitive to navigate also fore English no speakers.

Transfer of large files to mltiple users.

Everyone has access to the files and its in the same location for everyone.
Is dropbox outdated?
What do you like best about the product?
It is the pioneer Cloud platform of the market. Has always been reliable and of easy access. Price is also really good, compared to other cloud services. Never failed on me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beacuase of GoogleDrive, there's a feeling that Dropbox has become obsolete. The platform still has some bugs/cracks and hasn't really showed improvements since its foundation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy cloud access for uploading and downloading files. but nothing much appart from that. Not necessarily has made me more productive or helped on the improvement of my company

CHEAP CLOUD STORAGE. IT GIVES US CAPABILITIES TO STORE OUR FILES ON A SECURED LOCATION.

THEY MUST MAKE THEIR INTERFACE A BIT BETTER.
