Dropbox, an amazing app for cloud-based storage of files
What do you like best about the product?
It is very similar to PC, it has folders and right click it allowed there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers limited space for free trial, also, the price could be lower
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need any external hard druve anymore. I always have my files with my self and easily can share it with other people
Great way to save docs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to keep my documents on my phone saved securely. And access them easily.

Hard to navigate when I first learned to use it and to use it through other apps or websites

Ease of use on the go with the app on my phone.
DropBox the best cloud space i've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally have been using DropBox for a minimum of 12 years. It is very easy to login and use. There's ample of free space allocated to backup your data. It's higly secured and safe to use. For me privacy has been the utmost concern while using any cloud platform and DropBox stands out perfect for it. One of the features i like is the ease of creating mutliple folders and sub-folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about dropbox since it is very easy to use and create backups for your data. It has been a go to cloud platform for me since 10+ years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me DropBox is helping me to move old unused data to cloud without worrying about the safety and privacy. It also helps me categorize data based on types which is very easily found on the application.
Easy to use, and great when moving to new computers
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to use the same files on different computers, especially if I am moving to a new one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure what will happen if I lose my account.

What do you like best about the product?
Instead of emailing photos or media files, Dropbox really is the best way to go about downloading and uploading and sharing high quality media content, but as a file system, I prefer Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the organization of Dropbox can be a little bit difficult to understand, and it is a little bit cumbersome since it is not fully integrated within an email system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sharing large media files with the masses, or trying to share a video or collection of videos and photos via an email, it really provides nicer quality and experience when other cloud collaborations, but it is not unique in this area.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the best tool I use for shaving and sharing through the cloud. Files are safe and easy to transfer to other people, and we can also provide permission on the sharing link. It is effortless to use, and some free services are available.

Must of the features I like. But sometimes, It takes a long time to upload files on Dropbox and the Same Download from Dropbox.

Dropbox is solving the problem of shaving essential files on the cloud to see the files from anywhere and can share files to other people. It is easy to use and safe.
Best software to organize all your files and projects in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an excellent cloud platform for storing, organizing, and collaborating. Thanks to Dropbox's all-device support, you can store files for as long as you want, which you can upload from any device. Dropbox allows file-sharing in two ways: email and URL. You can take control of your storage and organize your files to find anything at will using folders quickly. Folders as a whole can also be shared, which you can download as a compressed file. You can request files, where you can enter the user's email, and they'll be able to send you the file directly via Dropbox. Dropbox also allows you to view files of any type. You can preview images, play videos, and view the data inside text files, spreadsheets, documents, etc. You can also edit the spreadsheets using Excel for Web. If you've made your folders viewable for other users, they can join you in editing the files in those folders, or you can invite them to edit individual files. If you have Dropbox installed on your portable devices, you can view your files offline. When you open a file for the first time, Dropbox on mobile phones automatically downloads the data for them so you can open them quickly the next time. The same feature allows downloading files without an internet connection if you've already viewed them. This feature is handy when your internet connection is limited or intermittent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than getting only 2GB for file storage, I don't dislike anything about Dropbox or its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we work remotely, we were initially limited in file sharing and collaborating. Dropbox solved these problems as it's a free-to-use platform with multiple features to make it convenient for cloud computing and project collaboration. It also systematically backs up important information, so there's always a secondary copy if the primary one is lost or changed beyond repair. We can use Dropbox anywhere, which is a massive plus as our files are available to us everywhere. It has also lessened the need to store documents, sheets, and code files on a local device since they're very lightweight. We keep them on Dropbox, allowing everyone to edit the files to implement the necessary changes. With Dropbox's support for Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc., we can easily create new files from scratch and work on them in collaboration.
Worked well but storage space is an issue

I like how it integrates with your deskop and enables collaboration

Runs out of storage FAST and it's too easy to create conflicted copies of files

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is Cloud based and gives me access to my files anywhere I am currently working. i also like the availability to share folders with people to be able to share large files that cannot be sent through email
What do you dislike about the product?
The share links for editing dont seem to work. i have been through the ringer with customer support and have not gotten a resolution to the issue. you can share directly to an email for editing but not using a link. there website is hot garbage use the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has solved the problem of real time information updates. if there are new contactual documents or drawings that our feild employees need it can be uploaded and in there hand in a matter of moments.
Best software for file storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to customize exactly how you want your files organized. It is user-friendly and has excellent file storage size. It is also easy to share files with anyone outside your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to save image and video files, which take up space. Larger file sizes requires me to pay for an account. I would like to see a possible version where you pay based on the precise amount of storage needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives me the confidence to know my files are secure and will not be lost. I can file everything how I need, which makes it easier to find my files. This is a time saver for me.
