Must Use for Creators
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox desktop because it makes saving files so much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the packages were slighter "cheaper" but mostly fair pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not 100% sure. I haven't noticed.
Fulfills our needs
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox allows us to create folders specific to our parental/grade needs. Using DropBox means we don't have to allow parents access to our secure drives and can share project specific documents with them
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a problem with Dropbox so much but the software we use to build our enrollment applications does not allow upload of documents as part of the process so Dropbox was our solution. This is the first time I have ever use Dropbox for desktop and don't find that particulrly user friendly or intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Families complete an online enrollment/application form and are required to view and acknoweldge receipt of certain documents pertaining to their child's education. We use embedded links to Dropbox within the process for parents to do this.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an excellent cloud storage solution for storing documents, files and data. It is straightforward to upload files to Dropbox and download them from Dropbox.
We can easily synchronize our local system files and folder to the remote Dropbox account.
Dropbox Business provides us with many advanced business features, Like ample data storage and bandwidth.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about it is there pricing. They have a bit high pricing structure compared to others. The user interface is poor, and customer support is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store and manage my files. It is very convenient to share the file with colleagues. Dropbox provides high security and excellent data access management. I can also collaborate on documents and write comments on them.
I can synchronize my local data and files to the remote Dropbox account. So I don't have to upload using Web Interface manually. Dropbox provides Desktop Applications for Linux, MacOS, Windows and Mobile Apps. So we can synchronize data from any device or platfrom.
Overall, Dropbox is the best cloud data storage service.

Easy to use and share files with colleagues and collaborators even if they do not have a Dropbox account

Very easy to use and upload files of large size.
Uploading and downloading files is of quick.

Simply a life-saver

It provides free 2GB storage, which is quite helpful.

SOmetimes, the mobile version creates a lot of errors. I wish they could improvize there

It solves the storage and sharing problem. I get 2GB of free storage plus I can share my files with people which is cool.
Effective cloud services for sharing, storage, and working
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is free and can be used across several gadgets for sharing, storing, and working using cloud services. You can use Dropbox to send and receive files between two devices under the same account by uploading from one and downloading to another. Dropbox is practical for long-term storage and constant backups, which you can enable after selecting the necessary files. With 2FA using Google, your Dropbox is safe, and no one other than you can view your files. If you want others to view your files, you can generate URLs for them using which they can view and download the file. You can also authorize permission to edit the file, which will create another version of the file rather than overwriting it. Group editing and tasks can be completed quickly over Dropbox as anyone with access can download the files whenever they please rather than waiting for you to share links every time. You can perform more extensive tasks and create a group work environment using Tools. Seamless integration with other software is what I like best about Dropbox.

Low storage would be my only gripe against Dropbox, but it's manageable, and the other features heavily outweigh the cons.

Dropbox enables cloud storage and collaboration during remote work since it works effectively over the cloud. Sending and receiving files has never been more seamless. Dropbox has been an effective medium for long-term file storage and constant backups of vital information. Dropbox syncs across multiple gadgets easily, making it easy to access any cloud file at will. With Tools, there's no task we cannot complete, whether documentation, spreadsheets, presentation slides, etc. We can simultaneously work on completing individual and group tasks seamlessly. For people outside our group, such as clients and temporary contractors, we can share files without granting them editing access, which is more convenient than conventional means. I also use Dropbox whenever I want to move files from my laptop to my phone or computer or vice versa. Certain file types, such as images, videos, documents, etc., can be viewed and read without downloading, thereby saving data. Offline viewing of files also helps when we're limited on bandwidth or the access to the internet is intermittent.

It was a great way to share files with the company without sharing on a network. In addition, it was easy to share with people outside of our company to avoid firewalls that other email providers have, for instance with .exe or.zip files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing files can be a pain sometimes. It was difficult to sometimes take photos and have the auto-upload feature upload everything that I took, which then causes a delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was sharing or collaborating files with people external to our company. Often times, people outside the company could not receive our .exe or .zip files, so we got around that using Dropbox.
Great way to Share Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an easy way to share large files and documents with clients or colleagues. You can simply drop the files into you Dropbox, add their email and send. It's that easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It has worked well for all applications.

Solves my problems of sharing large files that are not allowed through client's firewall.
