Dropbox subscription is a bit expensive.

Dropbox can be used as a cloud data repository and a shared repository.
Dropbox offers significant logging by which peers can quickly identify changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with multiple platforms and applications to share and get collaboration with other people. I have used it with my family to save important documents
What do you dislike about the product?
There must be some intergration with microsoft applications. Share documents with teams or Microsoft outlook or saving documents directly from MS word or powerpoint or excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing the data and solving collaboration with other organizations or teams. But it is not benefiting me too much since i used microsoft one cloud as it integrates well with MS apps

Needs a lot of improvement in terms of security
Features needs to be built more and integrated more and can easily get your work done so fast.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily manageable across the whole organization and will get a good amount of work done so easily and will easily maintained across the organization. In terms of cost also, this plays a major role in determining the capacity.
Charged over $1600.00 for $15 a month account. Dropbox will not give refund

Dropbox used to be good and simple to sign up for a cheap account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox had a bait-and-switch approach. I signed up for a $ 15-a-month account and then was billed yearly, and with 5 additional charges, I did not want. I tried to get a refund and they refunded me a few hundred but still owe me $800.00
Their customer service was horrible and was not able to tell me why I was charged, just a bunch of hand waving and saying that there are no refunds (which is weird as they already refunded me) I closed my account and am praying they don't keep charging me!

What do you like best about the product?
The way to share documents in real-time. An attractive and intuitive interface to facilitate handling for beginner users. It greatly facilitates teleworking.

The limitation of storage capacity in the free version. But to this day, I haven't had any kind of problem even using the free version. I'm considering switching to the premium version.

It allows me to store and access documents from anywhere. Whether or not I am at work, I can access documents to consult from my phone or laptop.

It has best ui user friendly and easy to handle and learn anyone with minimal knowledge of computer can learn it. Best storage system used to store files and documents.

It has some features which doesnt work on pc version of dropbox like it lags on UI side otherwise its perfect i think . Has alternates with better options also.
