Dropbox the first and the best
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is intuitive and very flexible. Everything about the app and the tools online make it incredibly easy to add remove and setup all your backups. Its an invaluable tool for our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find challenging with dropbox is that its easy for folks to delete files off folders that than affects everyone in the organization. So better permission management features would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Off-site backups of important documents is our chief reason for using dropbox. We also use dropbox to collaborate with our clients from time to time and to share documents with our sponsors.

What do you like best about the product?

Dropbox is exceptional for all cloud-based file services. It's an excellent file storage medium that can be used via computers, phones, etc., for storing and sharing. You can add files to Dropbox via any medium. If you use Dropbox on Windows, you can copy and paste the files or folders you want to upload to the Dropbox folder where it's installed for a quick upload. You can use Dropbox for backups, one of the several automated features available. You can use automation to sort and organize your files and folders in a more accessible way. Dropbox also allows offline file viewing and editing, but the changes are only updated after you're online again. You can create shared folders to enable your colleagues to join you in editing files. Collaboration on Dropbox can be done through the shared folders, where you can create new documents, sheets, etc. The best thing about Dropbox is that it's easily integrated with several popular software today. There are servers for Dropbox worldwide to allow 24/7 file access, storage, and collaboration at any time. Scalability is Dropbox's strength, making it viable for teams of all sizes.

New users may not find Dropbox very user-friendly as the layout is outdated-looking. But otherwise, Dropbox is second to none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows easy app integration with Zoom and Trello for quick file sharing and attaching links to files from the storage. Besides storage, Dropbox's excellent for sharing files securely through a URL, where you decide who gets to view the file. You can alternatively use Dropbox to directly send files to people's email addresses, which is more secure as there's no universal link involved. Dropbox provides the most intuitive platform to collaborate on any text-based document. You can either use the default templates or create a file from scratch. You can invite people to work with you over the cloud without screen-sharing or TeamViewer usage. In our company, Dropbox has been one of the most used software as it assisted us greatly during the pandemic. We continue to work from home for the most part, and Dropbox is our go-to tool to back up, share, and collaborate. Dropbox is also helpful for quickly sharing files between two devices, which I use daily for sending a file from my computer to my phone and vice versa.
A secure and convenient online storage service
What do you like best about the product?
This storage, sharing, and collaboration platform has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface and includes many practical features. It integrates perfectly with Google Docs and Microsoft Office 365 and greatly facilitates collaborative work. Files saved via Dropbox are accessible from any device, mobile or not, and the program offers a free account with 2 GB of storage. Furthermore, the tool is easy to use with smooth and clear file sharing and group file sharing functions. File synchronization is easy, and the valuable "History" feature allows access to previous versions of a file in case of accidental modification.
What do you dislike about the product?
We regret having to increase the basic storage space, which is not huge. Furthermore, it is difficult to locate old versions of files or deleted copies due to the lack of specific tabs. Finally, it is impossible to edit documents in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to view everything you have uploaded to Dropbox from your phone through the app. I also like that I can back up my computer and all the new files and folders straight onto Dropbox and free up storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like about Dropbox. It even keeps the files that you delete for a certain amount of time just to make sure you deleted them properly.

Dropbox is allowing me a central hub to store all my files, media and other large files so that I can access from anywhere.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been a user of Dropbox Business for a little over a year now, and I have to say that it has made my work so much easier. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and makes sharing files with my team a breeze. The integration with other apps and platforms has allowed me to access my files from anywhere, making it incredibly convenient. The advanced security features have also given me peace of mind knowing that my data is always protected.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a way to store files in the cloud safely. Dropbox is relied on heavily by our HR and finance teams for a lot of daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, we cannot see or provide access to private folders. Users need to reach out to that team directly for access.

What do you like best about the product?
There's nothing special about Dropbox. Other services provide the same experience.

I was an original user of Dropbox, recruited hundreds of people to sign up. Got loads of free storage. Now Dropbox wants me to pay.
