Very useful software
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are extremely useful when sending out bulk documents for signature (i.e. employee handbooks, NDA, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading page can be buggy and it will take a while to get what you need to load properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to get signature across the board, seeing who has viewed and not signed, able to send reminders

Love this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is second to none. Always easy to upload docs and place signature fields right where I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything! This product works exactly the way it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an industry that is fast paced and often need documents signed quickly. HS solves for that.

Easy to use, excellent for candidates! Easy to train new hires up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. More videos training could be nice.

Easy way to send out offer letters & be able to see when they view/sign in real time.

It's super easy to use, and adding viewers and signors is quick.

There is really nothing to dislike about this product.

Clients sign contacts and addendums to contracts online saving time, money, and paper

Hellosign allows us to send documents to customers in an efficient and organized way!

Sometimes the limit of templates that can be created isn't enough for what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign is great for allowing customers to sign electronically instead of person, it definitely has saved us a lot of time.
Intuitive and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I just send a few documents to sign every month. Hellosign allows me to do that for free (up to 3 docs). Plus it is simple to use and very intuitive interface
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. For what I use it does the job very well.

Sending contracts to my clients that are immediately signed without having to be printed and emailed back.

How simple and user-friendly it was. How easy it was to walk clients through it,

nothing to note.... After using other document writing and e sign programs I realize now the only thing missing is a document creation feature

Writing legal binding document for our company to pass to the attorney's office.

nothing. docusign is far superior of a product

My main issue is that I cancelled my free trial but in a month they proceeded to charge me 600$!!! When I contacted them about this error they told me they would refund me and asked me to confirm my card details. I confirmed with them (this was all over email since they refused to give me any sort of phone number to chat with someone) and instead of getting a 600 refund they charged me ANOTHER 600$. For what I have no clue. Of course after this I get zero response from them via email so I have contacted my bank to get it reversed. It is not that great of a product if this is what you are going to have to deal with if you sign up for it. SIGN UP FOR DOCUSIGN they have an actual customer service line that can help you out if there are problems and its just as good if not better product.

Efficient and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HelloSign is straightforward to use. The UI is clean, and there is not a lot of noise, and I was able to jump in and do what I needed to do the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few minutes to figure out how to manage the different requirements for different parties' signatures. And I wish that the free version offered the user a few saved templates instead of none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign makes sending out documents for signatures traceable and straightforward. Automatic reminders are sent on your behalf, and you can tell when the recipient has viewed the document.

Try the free version before upgrading to paid.
Great Document Signing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool operates just like docusign and the integration with Jazz is so helpful. It autopopulates data from the candidate profile and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the email notifications can get a little redundant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping the recruiters to more efficiently create offer letters/contracts and tracking them all on one place.
