Easy to use, especially if you send lots of small files.

The biggest difference between Dropbox and Google Drive is that there's no extra allowances required to send files. Just send the link and it's done. No problems or sing ins required.

The audio player could be much higher quality.

Dropbox is the tool for managing files in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It can handle any filename, easy to share and receive files, I use it everyday, it has integration with oveleaf, it saves space in mi computer by storing the files online and download them by request, it has additional services like Dropbox Paper which is very useful for organizing meetings and to-do lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really usefull to have full access to digitally sign documents as a default option for subscription users, similarly as Dropbox Paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox backup files automatically and syncronize them across several computers, which is common now, however it has nice integration when annotating over a PDF file (which is useful for collaboration), it has Dropbox Paper for collaboration, and it has a nice features that can share a link for uploading large files.
Dropbox is the best tool to manage my freelance work
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to keep my freelance work as an illustrator and designer organized. It also allows me to share large files with clients without having to use another app or website. I can upload files directly from my iPad to dropbox without having to transfer to my desktop first.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. I've been using dropbox for over a decade and I've always been happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with large art files and dropbox allows me to share hi-res files with my clients.
Still my favorite storage system.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works seamlessly with iOS, making it simple for me to keep my files up to date across platforms and on the go. It's got a friendly user experience that makes things easy to navigate, and even easier to share among folks who aren't on Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit of a pain to batch move items, more on mobile than desktop, when moving them from one folder to another, so it is best to plan accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and accessing files in a remote environment.
Dropbox is very convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox both to store my own files but also as a way to share large files with others. I can send photos or files to friends by giving them access via a link and the rest of the files in my Dropbox storage stay private.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it! It has been very convenient for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot send large files via email, and Dropbox allows me to share the files easily via a link.
Awesome Sauce!!
What do you like best about the product?
We use dropbox for all aspects of the business and love that we can request upload files from clients! Has been super helpful with corporate clients. And Love being able to share specific folders with people!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people have to have an account to access files - and they don't always want to create an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to access files from devices at work and at home - making mobile work spaces super easy to do!
Simple, protected
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other driveshares, what I really like about Dropbox is how easy it is to sync to my computers compared to others and the encryption, lack of spam, and ability to upload instantaneously for everyone on my team to be able to see is great. It's easy to use and easy to integrate. Since we use it everyday for all our files, it's important to keep stuff accurate and safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is if 2+ people have a file open doing edits, if not saved correctly or if both save, it's very possible for one to overwrite the other so we have to let members know when we have a file open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really good at syncing where a shared file can be on someone's computer and access within seconds and is still encrypted. I hate syncing issues of other drives and I hate the spam I get on those sharedrives, issues I never have with Dropbox.
Dropbox is great! In spite of flaws, its the best product like it.
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, for the most part. It makes backing up files and sharing files pretty straightforward and easy and can be great in an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app can be buggy and the full system backup can be a bit of a pain. instead of telling you that you are out of space. It just kind of finds a way to keep working. Which can become a disaster because you end up with a system full of file snippets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share files with collaborators or clients easily and it allows me to have a backup of my files.
