Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of storage and the content is easy to access.

Authentication in order to get your files is annoying

It allows me to be able to access files without interrupting my manager.

I guess storing files and after this review I would wanna try and have a look at it and store my important files there and probably see if its a great tool

To be honest I havent used it often Ive only used google drive because I have a gmail account and it was convenient.

Dropbox is the best online file sharing program I have found.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy to access and to control others with whom to share documents and their level of interaction.

At times, reminders and attempts to upsell are annoying.

Dropbox solves the issue of storing too much data on my computer and knowing the data is always backed up and retrievable as necessary.
drop box free space should be increase to 15 GB

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the all-in-one software that fulfills all file management needs. After downloading the application to your PC, Dropbox will automatically create a folder on your storage drive. You can move files to this folder to automatically upload them to the cloud storage. Any file you delete from this folder will also reflect on the cloud. You can seamlessly make backups of your files by copying and pasting them to the Dropbox folder. Alternatively, if you don't want to download the Dropbox application for your PC, you can use it on any browser. You can drag and drop any file to the webpage to add it to your cloud storage. The webpage platform makes it convenient to manage your data as it has more intuitiveness and beneficial features than the PC application. You can make your files shareable by making them available for anyone to view using the link. You can then share the link with people to let them download your files. You can also give editing rights for documents, text files, spreadsheets, etc., to people and enable collaboration online. Collaborating through Dropbox is straightforward; you can create soft copies of the file without completely overwriting it. This makes it easier to revert the edits or go to an older version, which is handy for coding if you run into errors with any changes made. With the Paper tool, you can expand your collaboration mediums and access tools for project and daily task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything in Dropbox. The low-end storage limit can pose a problem when sharing big files, but there are workarounds that may not be intuitive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is a standard network platform where my colleagues and I share files and create instant backups. Our files are secure on Dropbox as it's hack-proof, and information theft is impossible. When we're working on Java projects, we can edit the source code collaboratively on Dropbox on the browser. Dropbox makes it convenient to separate personal files from work files through shareable folders. We move all project contributions and related files to the shared folder, which can be opened and used by all our colleagues. With scheduled automated backups, any offline edits made are immediately reflected on the cloud. After fully adapting to remote work from a hybrid setup, Dropbox has been crucial in speeding up our work, as sharing over internet data is much faster than local network cables. For files that surpass the 2 GigaByte limit, we can transfer them directly to the recipient's storage if they can accommodate them. Besides coding, we depend on Dropbox to create presentations and work on project documentation and banners.
Very useful. Good storage and easy to get links to folders or files shared.

Sharing is easy. A certain amount of storage is free. and upgrades are not too much money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems so far. Maybe if it could make pretty shortlinks too that would be cool.

I use files and folders to give out things to my email subscribers. I can use it to share epk files for venue gig promotion. or have people pay and then give them an item's link to access it.
Great file sharing product
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to share files of all sizes with our teammates and the organization of the files and search feature makes it easy to find documents as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive pop-up notifications each time a teammate edits, adds, or moves a document in our DropBox. I dont find it necessary to know when each user is working in the program.

Dropbox enables our team to share documents and files efficiently so we can better support each other and our clients as needed. I like how the files are organized for ease of searching.
Dropbox the best files storage and sharing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The option of sharing files with clients securely and also setting up SSO is easy for this application

Dropbox is not available in all the countries and because of this I cannot share files with few of my vendors/users.

Dropbox is solving the storage space issue and also solving the issue of sharing files within organization and outside the organization.
Reliable and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for quite some time now and I have to say, it's been a lifesaver for me. The ease of access to my files from any device, be it my laptop, phone or tablet, is just amazing. I also love how easy it is to share files with colleagues, friends or family. I've been using it for both personal and professional purposes and it just works like a charm. One of the best features of this platform is the seamless integration with other apps and software, which makes it even more convenient. I've never faced any issues with it and it's been pretty reliable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dropbox to anyone looking for a solid cloud storage solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found to be a bit of a inconvenience is the limited storage space that is offered for free. I often find myself having to upgrade to a larger storage plan in order to accommodate all of my files. Another minor issue is that I have encountered a few bugs and glitches while using the platform, but they were resolved quickly with the help of their customer service. Overall, Dropbox is a great platform and it's been a lifesaver for me, but it's not perfect, but it's nothing that would make me stop using it.
