What do you like best about the product?
It good software to upload all documents and you can access documents anytime and anywhere. And you share document to friends and anyone by email using link.easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of free, ample space and cheap upgrades make it better than its competitors. On other platforms, free space is either not available or asks you to provide card details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike but there are less number of sharing possibilities as compared to competitors so other it can be said as a trade-off between availability and sharing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide more options to share like sharing in email along with facebook and Whatsapp or you may say just a link to send and authorization keys to access any account

How it helps me organize my pictures and videos. It also easily allows me to send folders easily to others.

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing and I believe storage should increase accross all tiers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is it's accessibility from various machines (you can use it from phone and pc); it has a dedicated app and also very friendly interface; sufficient space
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics could be a little better (color themes I mean); may you can introduce different themes just like you can do it in Sharepoint (easy but powerful there)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of access to my crucial data and files from different devices; also, I have the possibility to share my files with colleagues and receive their work which is good for projects

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is super for file storage on the cloud and file sharing. The syncing of files happens in real-time and is totally transparent. The software also doesn't consume much of the memory and doesn't bog down Windows OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has a limit of 2GB file size that can be shared. Even this is also not too bad looking at the fact that this is for users who wish to use a free account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and storing over the cloud is super convenient with Dropbox and one never has to worry about loosing of data in an event of HDD crash. Furthermore, the files can be viewed within Dropbox without installing any additional software which is the best part that I like
