Dropbox provides all features for storing data over cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The best about dropbox is that we can simply store our important documents in the cloud. Its interface is simple and easy to navigate things within it. We can easily access our database from anywhere we just need an internet connection. Also, the security system of dropbox is excellent for all stored data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I had with Dropbox is that they provide only 2GB space, which is not sufficient for the users opting for tril option, they should increase it to at least 5GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of Dropbox, we can now easily store our important documents/files in the cloud and share those with other individuals with various types of access. This helps us in making safe and secure our database no we don't have any fear of losing it in any way.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Business provides two types of accounts, one for beginners and the other for upgraded ones. The beginner also have great opportunity to use the platform because the beginner account comes with the majority of the features of the upgraded version
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that sync is the fundamental problem for Dropbox Business users. It takes a few minutes to update the location of the file and confuses the users when they want to make some changes

A successful collaboration can be reached with Dropbox Business. This app has many users, quite popular in the technical background since this application meets all the requirements.
Ease of backups and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
There's no better software for quickly backing up essential files and sharing data than Dropbox. With strong support for portable devices such as phones and tablets, Dropbox is excellent for creating backups of files from anywhere. It's relatively lightweight and has a smooth UI to navigate your folders. You can quickly share any file within the size limit to anyone via Dropbox. Any file uploaded to your storage can be viewed online, which is convenient if your internet availability is intermittent. Collaboration is very effective via Dropbox as you can work directly on the platform without moving the file to an offline medium such as your phone or computer. Dropbox does not overwrite files but instead makes a new version, making it easier to undo unwanted changes. Organization of files is the best part of Dropbox, as you can create folders and move your files by dragging and dropping for ease of viewing. The main strong point of Dropbox is the high level of security, offering 2FA for accounts when logging in from a different device. My team and I use Dropbox to store vital information for backups or sharing, as Dropbox is like a long-term vault.

The default amount of space is relatively low for business uses, but for smaller teams, it's more than capable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cloud storage system helps a great deal for our team to create frequent backups of projects and services so that we don't accidentally lose them. As they're accessible on any device, it makes sharing convenient. My team and I collaborate using Dropbox in the current work from home situation, where the tools allow document creation and spreadsheet collaboration to edit them with others simultaneously. Dropbox does an excellent job highlighting the changes and the respective users. Correcting an error is seamless as a result, as we can leave messages to other users to communicate better. Dropbox's overall work management features also text to contracts and e-signatures, making negotiations and deals quicker and more secure. Dropbox can be integrated with many major software today, such as Zoom, for sharing files or moving them to the cloud from within the app. Zoom restricts file sharing to a maximum of 512 MB, whereas the Dropbox integration allows you to surpass this limit to share larger files, even though there's a slim chance you'll ever need to.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can sync all my devices and access my files from anywhere on any device. I can store and organize my files with dropbox while keeping them safe and protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about dropbox is that it has limited storage for free users, and its price isn't worth it. I don't particularly appreciate that administrators and developers in charge of it can delete information without having to go through anybody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Dropbox, I don't have to worry about anything happening to my files and documents. I'm able to share my files when and wherever I am if need to be. Dropbox is very reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best about dropbox is its security features and protection on the web, like password protection, expiring links, and download permissions, along with the right access With features as per our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about dropbox is when you have a large number of files and data stored, and you need to search for something from your files here, dropbox gives you a very slow response, and user's struggled a lot to find out the correct files from the database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online data storage and availability from anywhere you have access to the internet, you have access to your data and it's always with you without any hassle or problem. Instead of carrying a large amount of data with you, all you need is a robust and reliable internet connection, and that's it. Also sharing feature is lovely and wonderful in which you can share data with others through a link and relevant access
Best Ever - Save Space on your Computer
What do you like best about the product?
If you have limited storage capacity on your computer (you do!) and want a way to share files without having to download them, email them, download them, then this is for you. Two people can work on the same file, all while it never touches any of your hard drive's storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the web version of dropbox isn't as convenient, but I feel like that's been fixe by downloading the app onto your computer. Overall pretty easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a lot of storage for files (images and videos) that need to be shared throughout a team of people. This not only organizes and consolidates the files, but makes it easy to share.
Great Organization and Sharing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an excellent tool for the organization of my files. It is also a great way to collaborate and share files. During Co-Vid, it was integral while working from home to stay connected with the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside for Dropbox is the "free" version does fill up pretty fast. Dropbox is worth it through so I do not mind spending the money for the extra storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Dropbox solves is that it really helps my team collaborate and stay connected. We can easily send files back and forth and keep progress moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's reliability is the best on the market. Since their launch, I've never had the first fail and I'm not technologically savvy. The user friendly, no fail interface is clean and straightforward and allows for NO ISSUES. Should you find yourself in need of customer support, the ability to be in touch with a representative BY PHONE at any given moment, is OUTSTANDING!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only squawk about fees because I'd prefer everything to be free but truly the price is nominal in comparison to similar services and you get way more than what you pay.

Dropbox eliminates my need for photo gallery websites, external storage, additional hard drive storage for my computer, security software, secure form signing software, planning and invoicing software and more

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a very secure storage method since I can synchronize my documents with the folders that are stored in a secure storage site and avoid any loss of information, in addition to the fact that I can share documents with other members, who in turn can know when I am working on a particular project.
On the other hand, Dropbox allows me to share information with external providers through authorizations that arrive directly to their emails, avoiding problems of distributing large information in emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has proven to guarantee secure storage, so it is important that internally in our organization there are resource optimization procedures, since by increasing the size of our repository, the costs associated with storage may increase, in addition to synchronizing documents (keeping a local copy) we must also consider local storage, so as not to run out of space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the daily use of Dropbox, I do not have to worry about accidental loss of information, it also has the facility to share large amounts of documents with third parties, guaranteeing access privileges, so for example, we can grant read-only privileges to ensure that a document will not be modified if it is not really what we want.
