What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for several years, and plan to continue for the foreseeable future! Very user-friendly! Has helped organize my business and streamline my work! I used it multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is I feel the search option sometimes doesn't work as well as I would like it to!

Organization. Streamlining. Sharing files with customers and coworkers.

What I like best about DropBox is that I am able to easily share links, documnets, and files with colleagues.

At the moment, I have a nice experience.

DropBox help solve the hassle of having to send large files.
Dropbox is a big part of my creative business. I use it all the time and love it!

The video editor tool could have a few more options.

I am communicating with colleagues across the country and sending my work easily via dropbox.

Dropbox is a wonderful way to store files without needing to use valuable space on your laptop. It is easy to use and cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Dropbox is that it doesn't merge duplicates.

Helping organize important files
Convenient, accessible and cost-effective. It's my go-to solution for storage.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox goes where I go. It's integrated on my desktop computer. I can access it on my phone, my tablet... even my VR headset! It's easy to share files and folders with others, too. And the cost is very competitive when compared to other options.
It's so easy to set up, use and integrate! I use it every single day, and I have since I became a user back when it was first released.
I can't really address customer service, as I've never had to reach out to them in all these years. And to me, that says a lot!

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that always gives me pause is deciding whether I should share a file/folder with someone or send them a link if I don't want to impact their storage space. Other than that one little thing -- which is more about ME than Dropbox -- I honestly feel it's perfect for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage marketing and sales teams, and whether I'm putting together a campaign, managing a website or collateral update, or simply dealing with keeping projects organized, Dropbox keeps me on track, keeps the team in the loop, and streamlines the whole process. Frankly, it makes me look good, and there's NOTHING I don't like about that!

The fact i can access my files on any device, online experience i find reasonably smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gets a bit busy when you try to sort several gigs worth fo files

Mass file storage where everyone can access everything
Very Easy to Use and Very Convenient!

I like that I'm able to open all my documents on any smart device and it is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the higher tier options for purchasing extra storage. I think the prices should be cheaper.

Alleviating storage space on my smart devices, so that I'm able to download documents on to my phone when I only need to.
Works ok, but slowly they discontinue use of number of machines it can be used on.

easy and direct access to adding files to the computer

they limit the number of devices it can be used on, but if you get a new device, you can't re-load it as it thinks its a new device. eventually i cant hardly use any devices

Being able to have the storage to put all of my important files! Very easy to use and navigate and saves me so much time which in turn makes me a frequent user and subscriber of the service.

Dropbox is very helpful to me so I have nothing so dislike about it.

It allows me to store and keep important files from years ago. Outside of business, it helps me keep up with memories with my family and music I grew up with.
Reliable Cloud Storage Platform for Personal, Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use between the desktop and mobile experience. For me, it's a great way to bridge the gap between devices when doing content creation. I can edit photos on the desktop/laptop, export the final products to Dropbox and get them flawlessly onto a mobile exclusive platform. It is also reasonably priced, as well for the amount of storage provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish searching for files was a little easier, but it's certainly not a dealbreaker and, as someone who is uploading fairly consistently, I know I just have a lot of content in there. The average user likely wouldn't have any issue finding the files they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my ability to get content from my computer to my mobile device without a lot or hurdles.
