Dropbox works well, especially across different platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
Of all the services of this type, dropbox was the easiest to use. Both the web based aspect and the local tool. Was easy to setup sharing between inhouse and external users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I saw was without using a third party SSO managing users was a more involved task. I know there are integration abilities but wanted to keep it under one sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was nice to have a cloud based file storage system instead of having to maintain a in house solution. Even more helpful with sharing files outside of the organization.
Sync your files to the cloud to access remotely from anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
The file-sharing features got me to use dropbox it's easy secure and user-friendly. The files on the cloud remain the same and can be accessed at any time also the space isn't the problem I think it's more than enough. The new feature uploaded from Google drive is awesome all the files uploaded to Gdrive will be available to a dropbox same account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike it is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can access the files uploaded by our marketing agency without asking them to send us an email and avoid large file issues on emails. This problem is past now since the cap limit of uploading files is within our range.

Working with external production companies, they've been able to easily add footage to shared folder

I love the ease of use it offers. I use Dropbox daily, and it hasn't failed me yet; I love the convenient drag-and-drop use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till this day, I haven't had an issue with Dropbox. I have no dislike towards using Dropbox. It's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Dropbox is solving for me is the ease of sharing videos that are large formatted.
I love this app/website! I use it to send clients photography products
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can drop folders full of photos; it takes no time to upload! It is such a fast service to use when it comes to sending large amounts of files. I used it when I photographed a wedding for a friend. She paid me to take photos, and we both used this app. It was so helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Honestly. I have nothing negative to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves slow uploading; it is super fast uploading large amounts of files/photos. I can also send folders instead of just sending each file at a time. It saves me time and my clients time, waiting for their products to upload on their end as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my files safe, and I can share files and folders easily with my colleagues. It stores deleted files for 30 days, making it possible to restore my files when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that the storage capacity for the free version is low; once I reach the maximum, I cannot add new files, except I delete some of the old files uploded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox Professional to back up my files, and I can quickly get access to these files wherever I find myself and share files or folders with my colleagues.
Floating on clouds
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud bases tech use to store many forms of data. Easy approach to single and multi use users. Team sharing group projects management and so much more interfaces

I think the cloud base program is flawless! I don't have any dislikes or negative experiences with the software program. Nothing needs to be corrected or changed! Perfect software design

Another solution to cloud bases management. I've been using the cloud for years. Definitely helped my business growth easy data management. Love the convince of data

Free account of drop box is limited and then it makes it costly to buy

It is making storage . sharing and collaboration very easy which makes the work organized and the team productive

What do you like best about the product?
For me, Dropbox is the fastest way to share documents. I work for a company located in the US, I am located in Lima, Peru and we also have team members located in Ukraine, Rwanda, UK and we all work with the same documents. We do not have to advise each other if we modify or delete any document we use because it's updated immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I dislike about Dropbox, is I would suggest having more plans so it can be a benefit for any type that needs it or for small or family businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing data, documents, and pictures immediately, the only necessary items you need is an internet connection and a device, which nowadays is something basic. And most important, I would not be on this Job here with USLegacy if dropbox would not exist.
High UI but complicated platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is amazing storage platform with high user interface. Once you start using it there is no looking back . Highly recommendable and have variety of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my personal opinion initially when I started using Dropbox I found it but complicated . When you see the platform it gives a negetive impact that this particular software is comfortable for high-tech people. However once we start using it everything feels great but if software owner can provide simplified visual of the platform that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All lost files are kept by Dropbox for 30 days. It does away with the necessity for additional file recovery software or data recovery solutions. The solution's file recovery ensures consumers get the data back, unlike inadvertently destroyed data on remote storage devices like USB flash drives, memory cards, and external hard drives.
