Is Dropbox the tool it used to be?
What do you like best about the product?
It helps organize, back up and share digital files, like photos, audio and documents. I think access on multiple devices is a top feature. The scanning tool is improving quite a bit especially on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to make or trick people into setting up their own accounts for sharing documents and files. I think sharing is improving but early sharing was limited. Also I would like to connect several different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to back up files and share with the bookkeeper and CPA and allows access from my phone app.
I'm an old user, very glad with my storage and features (apis or windows sync options)
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how the app for desktops allows my company to sync my data at the file level. And also the APIs and integrations available to connect. I don't remember having any issues at this moment, but I had troubles with big files or long filenames in the past. Not anymore ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss some discounts for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important one was a way to sync our company files (management files, development files, project assets) from different users in just one place on our server. We created a network and those files were also available on our Files Server, speeding up our deliveries to our customers.
DropBox - more than just file storage
What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited capacity is perfect and love that I can work in teams and assign users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most user friendly or user intuitive.

Perfect Solution for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox shares all of our team's documents in real-time and shows who currently has a document open or who has made changes. Dropbox also makes it easy to find document version histories and organize documents in folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any aspects of Dropbox I dislike; it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for our remote team to work on documents together in real-time. It also makes organizing our documents and restricting access easy!
Very handy & userfriendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most interesting asset is the function "send with transfer"

The tool is not enough GDPR proof following our clients standards.

Having our files always available on any device possible.
Trusted Cloud storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a trusted platform for storing your files and documents safely. It works with in both pc and mobile which is very useful. It has many wonderful features and the overall platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox regularly pushes you to upgrade which sometimes is irritating to say the least. File sharing needs improvement, it is not the fastest. Sometimes the application takes long time to synchronise newly upload data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables us to store our valuable files and documents safely in its cloud storage. Files are safe and we can accesss them whenever required as per our convenience. Very useful in sharing files with friends and colleagues.
Dropbox Business
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Business is similar to Google Drive, but more advanced. I've used Dropbox for school, and personal reason. This is the best file hosting service you can get for organizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox fails to provide us users with the latest technology we have today. It could use some customization and work, and a faster response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing with my school mates can be hard. WIth dropbox business, I can share my projects and ideas from Dropbox and make it way easier, Dropbox is definitely the way to go for file hosting services.
User-friendly, easy access storage
What do you like best about the product?
It's the ability to easily share files with other people, and how organized it can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the search functionality. You've got too many files stored in and it can be a bit difficult to open folder to folder just to look for a file you forgot where you've put in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope they start working on the search functionality. It really helps our lives much easier!
Collaborative cloud storage Application
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple collaboration tools like Shared link controls, watermarkinng are present. All of our team members simultaneously edit, drop comments on documents, ppts. Their customer support is also very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing is on the higher side. Although, Dropbox business is a great cloud storage option, and ticks almost all boxes in this category, but its costly compared to competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Dropbox business as a storage option for all our team members to work collaboratively. We also use its E-sign facility to authenticate documents. Overall a great product for us

Dropbox is a really good way to share large files quickly and to several people
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox can be very difficult to navigate, and can be difficult to upload media if you're not familiar with it
