HelloSign Speeds up Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is fairly priced and has all the functionality we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HelloSign for e-signature and have increased how fast we close deals.

Great Tool For Getting E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to setup templates and have e-signatures collected easily. HelloSign simplifies the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price. I wish it was a little bit cheaper than competitors. If it was, I would likely sign on for another year but I don't think it is really worth the money they charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has helped to simply the process of getting contracts and proposals signed.
Good product, could be more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build quotes, get approval, and send them to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client has to "Verify to Sign" before actually signing. I've had several prospects who thought they had signed but had not. It can create friction at the end of the sale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts signed at the end of a sales cycle. Most tech-savvy prospects have no issue with it.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is, without a doubt, the best user-friendly signature-gathering software I've encountered. It's straightforward yet quite beneficial. For my work, I use HelloSign virtually every day. I distribute docs to folks who aren't always the most tech-savvy. On both the sender and recipient sides, it's incredibly user-friendly. My colleagues/partners may readily sign documents without requiring any assistance from me. HelloSign's instructions are straightforward. You only need to sign and click where specified. In addition, the sender provides simple directions for filling out and mailing paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that you can't save templates unless you upgrade your membership. The license for our enterprise is the only downside that I have been able to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial aspect of utilizing HelloSign is gathering signatures from our remote colleagues with only a few clicks and from our office, allowing us to streamline our processes and save money on paper.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My job has been more efficient as a result of using HelloSign. I strongly advise you to investigate it for yourself.

Limited customization. Does not auto-upload to Salesforce.

Execution of contracts and sales order forms to secure customers.
Experience with HelloSign Document Signature
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has all that you need in regards to collecting signatures from others electronically. I enjoyed them when they offered so many contacts free each month. They do have competition that provides the same services I utilize at no charge. It is still convenient and comparable to ease of use as other signature collection services that I've used. I never had a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are less costly/free options available as an alternative to this service. I now utilize a free service that accomplishes the same & is just as user-friendly. Other than the cost, there is nothing else I dislike about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're looking for signature collection services electronically, this is a good fit. It is affordable. It is user-friendly on both ends. I was able to collect signatures electronically from people from any distance away & utilized this in my business for many years.

What do you like best about the product?
With the need to do work remotely, signing documents on a daily basis could be a problematic. However, Hello Sign makes this part of daily work flow hassle-free. Being able to use templates and send a link for signature in a Zoom call or communications platform is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features were a bit unclear, particularly what pricing category they belong to. However, the online chat was easily accessible to ask questions for clarification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am signing documents and sending out contracts for signature. An additional benefit of this is the daily reminders of outstanding documents for signature.

text boxes at times get off and have to be redone

above - text boxes - but as I've spent some time on it I have seen it's user friendliness

Gets the job done and easy to set up templates for recurring workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is confusing. It's not very intuitive at first and hard to understand where to click to get what you need to do. It doesn't impede work once you get used to it, but the bad user experience design is still fairly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HelloSign to obtain and manage signing of electronic documents. Benefits include time saved on recurring workflows to issue recurring e-signatures.

Good enough, but should probably evaluate other options as well

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simply it is, you sign up and bam! your great to go. I love that there is a free options to get things signed. I don't sign many contracts so when i do need it, its great to just login and send it off. I also like that it reminds both parties if someone hasn't signed the document yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it has some free templates to use just to get yourself started. Its bit annoying to write the document elsewhere then upload into HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems HelloSign is solving for me to have a document signed professionally verse sending it in a email acting them to fax it over. The benefits are ease of use of the site and also how quick you can send out a document to be signed.

If you need something signed, HelloSign makes it super easy. Sign Up, Upload, Sign , DONE!
